can i convert this plugin into SAAS ?
It depends on your coding skills on Java, PHP and C#! We never tried to convert our plugin to SAAS 
I agreed if you are ok I will buy your plugin and hire dev to expand it and make it more add-ons for my self
Of course you can do that for yourself. But if you want to use the final product (what your dev will make) for commercial use (like selling the final product in Envato market or somewhere else), you need to purchase “extended license” instead of “regular license”.

Do you have the ability to book appointments with a specific person? For example let’s say I have 3 stylists, can I view their individual availability and select one for an appointment?

ARB lets you build as many appointment forms as you need. So, you can create 3 individual bookable products (for you its bookable persons) and users will be able to visit each of them individually and book any one from there. Each bookable product can be built by ARB like this example.
Another way is to include details of those 3 persons in one product and let users choose one of them from dropdown options like this.

I have few question and few issues but first of all i will explain about my website. Basically we are creating this website for 2 different purpose, 1 user can book face to face learning sessions, and second user can able to book general appointment.
Question 1) is it possible we can do both things within this plugin?
Question 2) Is it possible we can assigned different slots on different services? e.g I want to display all of the services in a single page and then user can select service and based on the service time slot will change.
Question 3) for example a user booked a learning session on 8 of June and time slots are 4 pm to 6 pm, (for learning session available quantity is 3) So what i want that that specific slots are not disable when some one book appointment that specific slots 4pm to 6pm are not visible.
Issues 1) when i try to add rules in resources, after saving i don’t see anything.
Issues 2) I have issues with time slots, Time slots is not display properly.

I think you are looking for something like this demo. In this demo you will see that if you choose a doctor to book at a certain time slot and click on the “Book” button, you will find the cart page with all the information including the Date and Time you picked. These information (Doctor name, chosen date and time) will be passed to the admin as well via email and also in admin dashboard. Unfortunately, currently we do not have any admin demo link. But, you can contact the Support Team if you have any other queries.

Okay, I had already seen this screen, just confirm one thing, are these doctors available for this specific product? because I have more than 70 doctors and it would not be pleasant for the end customer to have to choose one from such a large list, at the risk of choosing the doctor wrongly. To recap, I need to assign 1 or more doctors to a product and define its time slot, the other doctors will be assigned to other woocommerce products, is this how it works today? Taking the opportunity to ask one more thing, I noticed that your form has the fields month day year year, can I change it easily to day / month / year? date format
Yes you can create different products for different doctors. Its unlimited. You can create unlimited WooCommerce products and assign your chosen doctors to those products.

The ARB plugin is a booking solution with WooCommerce. It does not have anything to do with the images of the products. There are lots of plugins which does what you want. For example, this plugin (//codecanyon.net/item/wooswatches-woocommerce-color-or-image-variation-swatches/7444039) says it’s feature is to change the image when variable changes.
So, if you need to have both (booking solution and variable image change feature) you can use ARB plugin and another plugin like the above.

About Payment Gateways:
ARB plugin is an extension of WooCommerce plugin. So, whatever payment gateways you can use with WooCommerce, can be used for ARB plugin as well. If Redsys is available for WooCommerce, you can accept payment for bookings in ARB plugin using Redsys as well.

This plugin might be perfect for what my client needs but I have a question first. I see you have a multiple day option. Lets say we have 5 full day tour slots available everyday. We then give the user the option of 1 or 2 day tours. If the user purchases a 2 day tour that starts on Friday, does the system know to subtract 1 tour slot from both Fri and Sat?
Yes, the booking system will subtract the tour which is booked already. New users will see those 2 dates as booked already.

I really like this plugin and i wanna buy several licenses for several websites… but one bug is stopping me
In your demo… consultant booking
If i book from 12pm to 2pm (2 hours) and again 3pm to 4pm (1 hour)
All is fine so far
But when i come once again and set 2 hours booking i see the available slots 2pm 5pm 6pm
And as I select 2pm… it doesn’t give me any error message… and I can continue the process…
I think you need to fix this bug in “Avoid Double Booking” and I will be very happy to buy it

Thank you for testing the plugin’s features and come up with this
It isn’t giving you any error message because your booking was not confirmed or paid. That booking was just added to your cart and that time slot will not be visible only for some time. After some time your cart item will be removed automatically if you do not pay for the booking or if the booking is not confirmed by the admin. So, that time slot will be available for booking again. A time slot will be permanently disabled for booking only when a booking is confirmed/paid.
Please let us know, if you still have any confusion about “avoiding double booking”.

I have selected cash payment… i thought the process is done when I didn’t see 3pm and 4pm I have been checking several plugins and I am afraid if I purchased yours I may get bugs afterwards and delay my website completion… in addition to losing the price of it If you guarantee money back based on what you’ve mentioned, I will happily buy it!
Cash on deliver payment means the booking is not paid yet. It needs admin confirmation. Admin gets notified as soon as a booking order is placed, and if the booking is confirmed by admin, then that booking slot will not be displayed at front-end anymore. So, no double booking will happen.
It is of course your choice which plugin you buy for your use. Though we guarantee the plugin will work exactly as we mentioned in the plugin details page and here in the comments section. Refund is always available under the guidelines of Envato Refund Policy.

Hi, No, you cannot let your client to create their own services for booking. Only admin can create booking products and manage the booking orders. The clients can book a product, and manage their own booking orders only from their “My Account” page.

I have a question regarding the ARB reservation. I am working with MyListing directory theme, that is well interconnected with Woocommerce.
The user account menu, products and checkout are already in and they are powered by the woocommerce.
1) Will a product created by your plugin end in MyListing WooCommerce Checkout or I will be redirected to your unique user menu and checkout?
2) Will you have the reservation home page search Check in/ check out / adults /children ?
3) are the buttons and design of boxes customizable? Will it take the design of the theme that it is in (colors, etc.)?

1. Yes, a product created by our plugin will end in your theme’s WooCommerce Checkout.
2. Not sure what you meant, but if you mean you can search the products by children/adults etc, then the answer is ‘No’.
3. The input fields and buttons design will come from your theme. Also you have option to switch on ARB plugin’s default design. You have option to change the color of the booking form as well.

1. No, you cannot import iCalendar from other OTA sites.
2. Paying deposit instead of full payment is not implemented in the plugin yet. But, in future we may include this feature if we get more requests on this from the customers.
3. Firm/fixed fees like VAT or Tax can be added easily with ARB. Because this plugin is an add-on of WooCommerce and it supports all the facility WooCommerce provides. Tax calculating and including in the payment is an option of WooCommerce and you can add that in your ARB reservable products as well.

The spacing between names and fields will be good, because the fields and fonts and colors design will be coming from your theme. Still, if you do not like your theme’s default design for the booking form, no problem. You can always “switch on” the plugin’s default design, as you are seeing in our live demo.
However, if you find anything unusual (design is not like we say), you can always reach to the Support Team. They will help you fix any issues like that.

1. Yes, if booked service of 1.5 hour duration at 9:00AM, then next available slot will be 10:30AM.
And, you can set maximum reservable slots from the settings. For example, if you put “1” as maximum reservable slot, then if 9:00AM service is booked by 1 user, then it will not be bookable by any other users. They can book from the next slots only. To understand more clearly you can view the ARB live demo example of hourly booking.
Similarly, if you put “3” as maximum reservable slot, then if 9:00AM service will be available for booking until it reaches 3 bookings.
And, if the whole day’s slots are booked, then that date will not be clickable in calendar and the color of that date will be different from others.
2. Yes, you can hide/show different times/slots as your needs from settings.
3. We are afraid, we haven’t included this feature in ARB yet. Though we are always working on the plugin to improve and include as many important features as possible. Right now we are working to include Google Calendar integration add-on for ARB and we are hoping to release that by the end of this week

Yes we got your point. We did not try those addons you mentioned with ARB yet. So, we cannot make you assured about this. We can inform you that ARB plugin is integrated with WooCommerce Cart/Checkout/Orders functionality. So, if a plugin use cart items OR checkout items OR ordered items for their functionality, then those plugins should get ARB products data also in their cart or checkout or ordered data.

Yes it does . You can choose how many chairs or tables you want to rent out for how many days. Users will choose a Pick up date and pay the payment either online or cash on delivery. And many other options also available to set your booking form as your needs.
