Hello, I have installed vic core and history version. But i dont manage to animate the dashed line that is drawn between the elements (i think you call it the pointer). Is it not possible to animate it once on viewport ? If it is, how ? what s wrong ?

I’m interested in purchasing but have some pre-sale questions. Some may be obvious but I can see the demos for each as none are working:
1. Can you make all the timelines that are “vertical” in the overview example images into horizontal lines?
2. Can you change the thickness of all the timelines and the style i.e dotted, dashed, line etc? (I’m sure yes, but checking)
3. Are the individual points on all timeline linkable? (basically, I’m wanting a horizontal wavy line across the bottom of a page but require each point to be clicked and taking you to a different page for each point).
4. Can you add your own icons to use for each of the timeline types?
5. Are the image sizes flexible or are they set for each timeline. I like the bubble but the bigger circles may be a little too big.
6. Could the colour circle points on the bubble timeline be change to say location markers instead?

Hi, i am using your plugin with the latest version of The7 theme & bundled visual composer. When trying to add an animation to each history row they get completely hidden, same when adding a custom class. Any ideas?

Hi, after the last plugin update, we have a problem with the Memoryline, in practice there’s no longer the possibility to divide the elements into rows, so we cannot customize the sorting. They all go from left to right, but since they are “S” shaped, some lines must go from right to left. How can we solve the problem?
you can try wrapping the element per row using VC row and push / pull the row to create the offsets, the latest plugin update also update the “template for the advanced memory line” where you can have a look at it.

Hi, I installed core and history. But I’ve noticed that your 2 plugins change the wp backend. 1. the WPBakery buttons became only half of size. 2. wordpress backend style changes (font size, style) 3. your builder elements have a different layout and are not compatible with wpbakery Clipboard plugin (1st time that this happen to me) I use Betheme.
Did you check FULL COMPATIBILITY with WPBakery plugin 5.5.x and wordpress 4.9.x?
p.s. live demo does not work
p.s.2 I am not able to get the same result as your example, would be a great to upload this basic example to start with (Our History, when this start?)

I’m using the AVADA theme, wich has its own “Fusion Builder” instead of the WP Bakery Visual Composer. Does this mean that I cannot use your plugin?
And one more question: Is there a problem with your website? It won’t load. 
Thanks for your interest in our product, The only way to use the plugin without visual composer is to invoke the shortcode manually which can be very complex.
Can I try it?
Example of the shortcode for time line:

but you need to change PHP file that has the code to check for VC plugins and stop the plugin if no VC was found. I wouldn’t suggest to use this plugin without visual composer.

Technically it is possible, but will requires you to craft custom css to mimick the whatsapp or wechat interface and probably craft a custom post type to serve as the data source.

Hi, I just got the plugin and I am getting this message “VicTheme Timeline depends on VicTheme Core Plugin which is not activated or missing, Please enable it first before VicTheme Timeline can work properly.
If the plugin does not work with WPbakery and requires additional plugin, then I do not have a use for it.

Pre-purchase question: is it work on vc 5.4? and compatible with wpml ?
We haven’t received any complaints against 5.4 yet so I assume it is working ok.
It should be working with WPML as the plugin is fully translated.
