Hi Admin, I’ve a presale question. I want to buy your plugin to import reviews from Aliexpress. I want to know if: 1. Does your plugin sync product reviews from Aliexpress so that if there is any new review, it can import to product on woocommerce? 2. Is there any function to change some words with others like I do not want to show in reviews on my shop Aliexpress, China etc so is there any option that I can add certain words that your plugin filter and change with some other supplied words.

1. You can import reviews for any products but it does not do this automatically. When there are new reviews, you need to go to products page to import them.
The phrase filter function is not available now. We will add it in future updates.

Thank you very much for this plugin, but what a bad surprise to note that suddenly, the plugin no longer accepts comments. When someone sends a comment there is always the following error: “Please enter your comment”

It’s caused by Antispam Bee plugin.
You can fix this by modify this file plugins/woocommerce-photo-reviews/js/script.js
Please open that file and replace this line:
let $content = $container.find('textarea[name="comment"]');
with this line:
let $content = $container.find('#comment');

There are some CSS conflict with your theme or other plugins. Please renew the plugin and contact us for support.
I noticed that it is not very compatible with web builders like DIVI or Elementor. The constructor will break if the plugin is activated. Now I have to disable the plugin whenever I go to design the web. It can be used without problems, but please improve compatibility in the following updates.

PRE SALE QUESTION: Hello, it says it is compatible to WPML – Is it possible to display all reviews in all languages? So when someone makes a review on language A , it is also getting displayed in language B?

The WPML compatibility means that when your customers make a review in language A, they will can receive coupon email in their language; or when their order is completed, they will receive review reminder in their language and link to products that they bought in the correct language.
In short, when someone makes a review on language A , it is NOT displayed in language B and this is currently depending on WPML.

Ok another thing, do you know if it is possible to mark reviews as verified owner with your plugin? Because we have the problem if someone uses guest checkout and makes a review afterwards, it doesnt get the verified owner badge
Yes you can do this with premium version. It’s in bulk action on admin comments page.

Pre-sale Q: Say I’m using an elementor product template and I insert the shortcode in there. Now is it possible for only the product specific reviews to show on that product page instead of all the reviews? I was unable to see anything regarding this in your online documentation.

I have purchased and used your plug-in. But we found a compatibility issue with WPML plugin.

Activate the WPML plugin and some of the comments will disappear. And when i deactivate the WPML plugin, i can see some of the missing components.
I use the latest version of photo reviews plugin and WPML plugin is also the latest version. Please ASAP check and help me.

There is no option like that now. If the product images are already in product listing, then why would you want to display it again in customer reviews?
