PS I found the following error in the log: PHP Notice: Undefined index: service in …/team-booking/includes/tb_ajax_calls.php on line 376
1/ When I log in as a user and click on the calendar date, the pre-loader appears and spins – then nothing happens. I tried clicking on upcoming opening appointments, but I was not recognized as being logged in. No matter what I have tried, it has yet to work.
2/ Once it is working, is there a way to pre-populate a dropdown field with usermeta data?
Thank you very much in advance.
Hi!
1) I’m not fully understanding this issue, what “not recognized as being logged in” is expressed by? I mean, not recognized by what and where? Anyway when something is stuck in the frontend, you can inspect the browser console to check if there are some kind of errors. Is that the case?
2) No there isn’t. But that is an interesting feature to add, please get back to me with this idea when version 3.0 will be out.
VonStroheim
There are no errors noted in the browser console. I am logged in and go to the the appointment url where I have the calendar and upcoming events shortcodes. They display fine, but I click on the calendar and the preloader just spins. A few times, when I have clicked on the upcoming event, it shows the alert that I need to be logged in to use the feature (though I already am).
Are there any known plugin conflicts?
I noted this error in another comment I sent (sorry for duplicate): PHP Notice: Undefined index: service in …/team-booking/includes/tb_ajax_calls.php on line 376
Hi!
There are no reported conflicts at the moment. Please get in touch with me privately via my profile page, as this looks like something related to your specific WordPress environment.
P.S. have you tried with a basic WordPress theme?

I’m wondering a couple of things before I purchase this plugin.
Does this plugin allow a person to go to the website, select a service, a date and a single time and a time range? Example Oct 19, 2019, 10 am or Oct 19, 2019 10am-1pm.
There are multiple calendars within the google calendar that line up to the service being provided. Does your plugin support multiple services? Also, does your plugin allow the google calendar to segregate and properly sort the services when booked on the website?
For example, there is a service called elephant and another called nature within the google calendar elephant is scheduled for every Tuesday at the same time, and nature is booked randomly throughout.
Does the plugin see that services as separate and block off the times representing the services properly so no one can book that services during those times? In the backend of the website is there a noticeable difference between the services, like color, name, etc?
And correct me if I’m wrong but a person can book on the website, they select a service and will be allowed to booked multiple time slots at once, correct? When a person books on the website their booking will then be sent to google calendar with the appropriate information, correct?
I look forward to your reply I’m ready to purchase immediately, just need these questions answered first.
Thanks, Enrico
Hey VonStroheim I have some questiens about your Team Booking.
Is there a way to get some pictures into event list, like icon pictures? Can you make a special price for members? And last can coworkers sign up for work days, like who is standing behind the disk?
So no pre-purchase questiens? You make it easy to make a choice.
Hi!
Sorry for such “delay”, but please consider that answering may require time to provide informations that make it easy to make a (right) choice.
1) That’s not possible. In future versions it will be possible to add a picture (like an avatar) to a service.
2) Special price for members will be possible by version 3 (close to be released) with a bit of creative configuration (i.e. a promotional “endless” campaign with the condition to be applied to registered users only).
3) I don’t quite understand this question, could you please re-phrase or make an example?
VonStroheim
if you have employees in a bar, and you have to find out who is taking this day shift. So if the employees could sign up for an event, so you would know who is going to work that day.
and thanks for the ansers.
So you need to present a frontend calendar that your employees are going to use to sign up for events? That’s possible, I don’t see why not unless you have some special requirements for those sign ups.
VonStroheim
Hi! How can I attach the coworkers biography of his wordpress account to the confirmation mail? /What’s the shortcode for the biography of the WP user?
cheers vinc
Hi!
There is no e-mail hook for that at the moment, I will include it by version 3.0 (if you need such feature right now, just drop me a private message via my profile page).

Hi there, looking at your wordpress booking demo, can you let us know if it will work with my requirement?
a) there will only be one person (me) that bookings can be made for, not many.
b) my client should be able to select date and time of booking
c) Bookings are charged in 15 minute blocks but the client should have the option to book for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
d) bookings are charge in 15 minute blocks so if the client books for 30 minutes, the fee will be charged at $20.00×2 = $40.00
e) Once the client has selected date and time, they go through and pay on the spot, I use stripe.
f) when payment is done, email is sent to me and the client confirming booking.
g) I should have the ability to select the days and time slots I am free, in some cases I may be free for one our on a Tuesday morning, then free two hours on the same day but later on in the evening.
h) lastly, for now I only offer one service but later on I may choose to offer another service, titled differently and at a different hourly rate.
Can your booking plugin help with all of these?
Hi!
a) of course that is possible (the name of the plugin can be misleading in that regard, infact it will change soon)
b) yes, customers are able to choose timeslots
c) see b), a customer is able to choose timeslots. If those timeslots are provided with 15min duration each, in order to book for 30min the customer have to select two consecutive slots, this can be made with the “multiple slot selection” feature turned on.
d) yes, as a direct consequence of c)
e) yes
f) yes, you can configure e-mail notifications as you please
g) availability must be provided via Google Calendar (check this part of the documentation to see how). This allows an extreme degree of flexibility.
h) yes
Please read the online documentation before considering any purchase.

Hello,
I follow you instruction to the letter and when I paste the URI your plugin provides me: Authorized redirect URI https://acupression.ca/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=teambooking_oauth_callbackGoogle says: Invalid Redirect. (...) Cannot contain URL fragments or relative paths. Cannot be a public IP address.
Do you have an update with this regard. I cannot use the plugin as it is. This wasn’t an issue 6 months ago but I had to reinstall it an now I get this.
Thank you in advance ! Alain Paradis
Ok, found it ! I needed to add it first to the Authorized domains list.
Hi!
Glad you solved that
VonStroheim
Ugh, and here I thought there’s finally an easy to use plugin… but it seems like it is highly dependent on us creating all timeslots in Google Calendar first, instead of just allowing users to pick available timeslots from the plugin itself and then our Google Calendar getting updated after.
This is way too much work for something that should be so simple.
Can you please issue us a refund, as we can’t possibly use this and expect 10+ of our staff members to each go through this process of setting up their own availability in their calendars like this.
This is just ridiculous.
Sorry.
Hi!
Each booking plugin requires you to define an availability plan. This plugin allows you to define it via Google Calendar – a flexible solution that is frankly way more simple yet advanced than any booking plugin backend of any sort.
This workflow is clearly explained in the item description at the very top line and happily used by 5000+ customers, so please do not define it “ridiculous” just because it doesn’t fit your needs or you just don’t like it.
That said, feel free to contact me privately via my profile page to discuss our options.

Also, I’m noticing that on the built in fields and the custom fields of a reservation form, the spacing between the different fields seems to be inconsistent when the page is viewed in a mobile phone format. On a desktop, it looks fine. For example https://imgur.com/a/JvahhkA
Same with this one too. I think my post was missed.
Hi!
Never noticed that. Anyway the next release will have a completely different stylesheet so this glitch should be fixed.
VonStroheim
That’s ok. Is there anyway I’d be able to fix it on the current version via css based on the current CSS classes or div’s?
Same with this one!
Hi,
For the File Upload option, is there a file size limit? And if so, is it possible to modify?
Thanks, VisaHub
Hi!
Yes, you can modify the maximum file size inside the Service > reservation form settings, there you can pick the file upload field and expand the advanced settings. Let me know!
VonStroheim
I cannot seem to find it. This is what I see when I expand the file upload field. https://imgur.com/a/YUrBNWP
Hi, I’m just writing again incase this post has been missed
Hi!
Actually you were right, this setting is missing. It will be there by version 3.0
VonStroheim
Oh ok, is there another way I’d be able to amend the max file size? And what is it by default?
Just bumping this one as I think it’s been missed
Good day,
I have downloaded your plugin and even though i’m enjoying the plugin, I need something integral for my business. I have events and the tickets have different prices, is that something that i can do with this plugin or would I have to look for another? If this is the case I would like a full refund, as I was under the impression this task could be accomplished with this plugin. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
Hi!
I’m not quite sure about your request, are you referring to having different fares for a given service (e.g. adult fare and children fare)?
VonStroheim
for my event I have different ticket prices such as VIP, early bird and general admission
But how and who is responsible to choose between such ticket types? If the selection is supposed to be done by the customer (i.e. fares) at the moment of the reservation, then version 3.0 will bring this functionality (and I have a beta version that you can try).
VonStroheim
it would be great to get the beta version. How much longer until is released? can I use the beta to charge my customers right away?
Hi!
A final release is not so far, I’ve had to re-schedule it a few times but I’m confident to release it around November. The beta version is fully functional about payments but you may experience issues here and there, plus some new features are not active on beta yet: use it in production at your own risk. To try it, just drop me a private message via my profile page.

Hello, we had your plugin for several years now, it was working perfectly, until recent month. The events stopped showing, and we are not able to list months on frontend in the calendar. https://launcher.sk/launch-cafe/
Any idea? We have gone through this http://stroheimdesign.com/docs/12.html#events_not_showing and everythings seems to be ok, we have no idea what went wrong, noeone changed anything
Hi!
When requesting assistance, please do it from the Envato profile which bought the license
At the moment, I can only suggest you to check that you are running the latest version, currently 2.5.7.
VonStroheim
Hi! Is it possible to restrict the amount of user’s daily reservations? What about the total amount? Thanks!
Hi!
That’s not a feature yet, version 3.0 will gradually implement them.
VonStroheim
Ok, thanks. Is there an estimate when the vers. 3 will be published?

Hi,
I will build a similar site as anyjunk.co.uk. Is this something that will help me build the booking system? If you do a demo booking on anyjunk.co.uk you will understand what I am looking for. And will I be able to include a payment gateway as the last step in the booking?
Hi VonStroheim, great Plugin you have created! Small issue I have: Inside of the button for the price (Swiss Francs), I’d like to change the tag for Swiss Francs from “Fr.” to “CHF”, both of them are commonly used but I’d prefer the “CHF”, furthermore there is no space ” ” between the currency and the price, i.e. Fr.39.99 -> CHF 39.99. Thanks for your help in advance. Cheers Vinc
Hi, sorry for the delay!
I will make this easier by version 3.0. If you can wait, get back to me when released, otherwise just contact me privately via my profile page and we can adapt your current version.

Hi, I have really issues to set up your booking calender. I have a calender and a service. I can not find a description how I insert everthing on my wordpress page. During the set up process I can not see a preview. Please help me. Thank you
Hi!
The documentation contains everything you need and more to configure the plugin and display a booking calendar in any of your page.
At which point of the documentation are you stuck, or at which point you get different results from what is expected?
Checklist:
1) You’ve created a Google Project and configured the Core Settings of the plugin accordingly (if not, please describe what issues are you having) (here’s the how to)
2) You’ve authorized the plugin via the “Personal” settings page and synced your Google Calendar (if not, please describe what issues are you having) (Getting started 1.6)
3) You’ve created some services (Getting started 1.5)
4) You’ve created availability events on your Google Calendar for your services (here’s how)
Paragraph 5 of the documentation illustrates which shortcodes you can use to render the frontend booking calendars.
Let me know.
VonStroheim
Hello, I’m not able to authorize the plugin. Import JSON works. Everything is fine. I doublechecked all URLs, but at the end of the authorization process I get a 404 error. Please help me. Thank you. ralf(at)skydive-leipzig.de
Hi!
Just to be clear: the end of the authorization process means that you are able to go into the Google screen that says “do you want to authorize…” and then the 404 error appears at the moment of redirecting back to your website? Or is the 404 error shown immediately when you click “authorize”?
VonStroheim
First one. After the redirection. But the authorization status in the plugin is also not changed. So it seems to be not only a redirection problem
Then surely there is something in your environment which is preventing Google to make the callback correctly. Feel free to contact me privately via my profile page so we can check.
VonStroheim
Hi Von! I it possible to use data of logged users (Like name, username), so it wouldnt be necessary to ask thèses information when booking.
And is it possible to let just people who have a code (like a cupom) to schedule?
All the best, Felipe
Hi!
1) Yes
2) A sort of “password”? That’s not possible, but interesting feature to add in the near future
VonStroheim
Thanks for answering. It would be nice ! I need to give access to just some clients to book. I would generate some tickets and give access to them sendind these tickets to control who is schedullng and how many times.
