I downloaded your excellent plugin Portfolio X on Envato Elements and it takes no License-Key: You have Entered an Invalid Licence Key for Portfolio X But I am sure it is the right one.

My Portfolio all of a sudden does not want to display more items i add. i have more than 5 or 6 portfolio items i have added and they all dont show on the website. I have assigned them to the Portfolio at the bottom of the item page and i have also added a a suitable order number and still nothing. Please help. My url is https://zeecom.co.ls/web-design/

After trying your plugin I’ve seen that I can’t do what I am aimed to, the loading time is quite slow and I didn’t understand that I would be limited to your templates and there is no “simple” template. Can you revoke my licence and make a refund please ?

I just purchased your Portfolio X and tried to install. It loads the zip file then goes to a white screen. Never installs. We are using Elementor and Enfold.

Anything you can do to help? We are unable to use a promising plug-in.

I really liked the plugin I recommend it, but I think it lacks some additional features that are:

• Be able to customize the slug of / portfolio-x /
• Be able to add auto scroll when you mouse over a long image as done in this plugin https://wpportfolio.net/website-portfolio/

• More dedicated support and not just for comments

In addition, I found a bug that duplicates the portfolio items in 2 different categories of the menu and also disappears the text in the category of the menu portfolio x as seen here https://i.imgur.com/kcLBTdf.png

I love what happens with most of your demo templates when you click the + sign. Questions: 1- Can the middle link icon of those three icons be removed easily? 2- The panel of info and picture, where does that info come from? does it have to be a post or can it be somewhere that isn’t public facing?

1. I need the portfolio element to be able to have filter buttons to show only selected category or all, at will. 2. I need to be able to display the selected portfolio items in grid, with selectable columns layout and undefined number of portfolio items per category 3. In the back end in portfolio items, I need a filter to be added to show only the selected category. 4. Are the portfolio links customizable? Or they all have to lead to a portfolio page with its own content? 5. Can the main image of portfolio item be a .pdf file? Showing only the first page as the image?

When will you update this plugin…. As I cannot add Short descriptions for new Portfolio Items… ??

As it caused a conflict within my new theme: www.ipixtitude.nl.

I installed the plugin and set it to display on a page using the shortcode. The text shows up along with the theme display, but images do not render. There is no img tag in any of the HTML.

Need help in changing the link text name given after clicking the portfolio picture link, from website link button to be changed to back button.

further, there is option for project date in the portfolio, can this be deactivated.

Terrific plugin at an incredible value!

I had some questions after purchasing Portfolio X on CodeCanyon, so I emailed QuantumCloud support. Jamil responded to my emails within minutes and helped resolve my questions. To say he is responsive would be a major understatement! He also solved another issue I had and then followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was able to get things going.
