Horrible customer service. Rude and a theif!
Hi I get errors by just installing it. Is something wrong or did u miss anything? I deactivated most of the plug-ins. But here is still the same problem. It installs but this is the error in backend:

Hi, I have been asked if this would work for a club where they have a max of 5 levels of membership. They are looking to contact members regarding renewal notices to them and allowing them to renew online, sending emails with upcoming events etc… the membership is not to restrict access to content it is more of a way to manage members via their website and offer them an option to renew online.

Your desired workflow related to memberships is not clear, please elaborate in order to see if UMP may be useful for you. Otherwise, UMP allows to have unlimited levels/memberships created and assigned to users.

The club currently have a manual subscription process – they are trying to bring it online so it could be more automated. They would like to be able to send reminders of when subscription would be due etc… and also to send emails about upcoming events (I know we could do this with mailchimp). The subscription / membership is not related to the website content. i hope this helps.

What would you recommend the best web hosting for your plugin if a membership site will have roughly 500 users? GoDaddy shared hosting plan just doesn’t seem to be doing the trick and facing many issues and server time outs when processing Stripe payment or during cancellation of a member subscription. Please advise, I’ve logged support ticket, but waiting for a response.

Hey, Pre-puchase question! Im working on a real estate web with Advanced Custom Fields, I want to use a monthly suscription and a trimestral subscription with differents levels of capabalities for the type of user (monthly or 3-month) and I want a profile page where users can display the properties they sold. About the suscription, can I gave them an expiration date?(for example: a 3 month suscription, obviously ends in 3 month, and after the expiration, the user get the free role) Can this plugin work with these things?

Pre Sales Question: I am looking to manually assign badges to users and have it display on their profile in the member directory. For example, I want to create a badge called “First Member in NY” and award it to the first person who joined in NY state. I want this to be displayed publicly. How can I make this happen? Is it possible to give users multiple badges and have them display in the members directory for public to view?

WordPress does not allow login with something else than username or email address.
When I show the member inside page using on a custom field that is a checkbox, the list that is shown is comma separated, but there no spaces. How do I add spaces after commas?

Hi, this is a presales question and so I cannot access to support.
On a similar plugin like yours I saw that the user list overview had also last user access info (if any). But in your screenshots I cannot see this, so I presume that this feature is not included in your (not so economic) plugin.
And now I have also a second question: When I have all users inserted, is it possible so send automatically e-mails to all that users (like telling them to log in, or that they have a new password)?

Maybe I should add some info about the second question. All (40) users are inserted by me. After I inserted them I’d like to send them the access page, login credentials and password in an automatic way. So subscriptions or payments, it’s a hidden/locked page for this 40 members.

Hi, no as I told you I have to insert them. But I’d like to send them afterwards that they are inserted including account and password info with 1 click – or maximum 40 clicks .It’s always better than sending 40 emails with copy/paste.

Yes, a such notification exist and many others, but that one will be triggered when user is registered through the Registration form not other else.
And I can trigger that manually (after I’ve inserted the user data)?

Hi there, facing this issue, When the user tries to make the payment and complete the yearly subscription, Paypal gives this error. “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” Merchant ID is in place and everything seems to be good, any ideas? Also I’m using the latest version of the plugin, 8.3.3
