For the cities, we need to find a reliable API because we cannot use a database it is over 1 GB.
I already have the Premium URL Shortener in use for a while and I’m happy with it but I want to incorporate it into my WordPress MultiSite environment as that would allow for more integrated user management 
I see that WordPress MultiSite is being supported but can you perhaps shed some light on how the installation needs to be done and what the requirements are?
Obviously, the Premium URL Shortener WordPress plugin needs to land in the plugins folder but where do you need the core of the Premiun URL Shortener to be located? And are there any important things to consider (e.g. in the .htaccess)?
Is it perhaps possible to share the installation instructions?
Reason for asking is that I have tweaked / hardened my .htaccess quite a lot for some other subsites of my MulitSite setup.
Oh forgot to ask, is there perhaps also a demo available of the WordPress plugin?

The is a very simple plugin. You just need to upload it and it will be added automatically. You don’t need any special instructions. There is no tweaking in the .htaccess file as well.
Will this plugin continue to work for the main program (Premium URL Shortener)? The last update was made on 3 February 14.

Yes it still works. The only reason it was not updated is because the API module of the main script was not extended too much but we are working on adding more endpoints and update the plugin accordingly.

Does this plugin work with Download Monitor plugin? What I want is when people click the download button, a new window will open to Shortlink page then file will get download from there.

And of course, the Shortlink script will auto general the shortlink for each external link.

Regarding to the second question, yes it can.
I am sure you already know but this plugin is not independent. It needs the main script up and running for it to work.
This plugin needs to get updates. I installed it on my WordPress setup and got the following error: The plugin generated 286 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

It returns the short link. You can create a custom function to redirect. Check https://gempixel.com/docs/premium-url-shortener-api-guide for an example of code. After you decode the response you can use header("Location: {$responseDecoded["short"]}"); exit; to redirect.
Hi, is there any way to schedule short links to post to social media websites? If premium URL shortener doesn’t have the ability to schedule posting to social media do you know of anything that works in conjunction with Premium URL shortener. WordPress plugin or any other PHP script?

Currently it not possible with this plugin however you can use any of the plugins that does this (you can give Blog2Social a try). However you need to create a post for that to work. I hope that is clear.
This doesn’t work. It just hangs with the infinity loading loop.

The infinite loop can be due to many things including the browser. That either meas there was an error or the browser block the request. Send me an email with the sample page so I can check this.

1. Yes. You will need to the plugin as well. The plugin will provide your shortcodes and widgets as well as an automatic shortener with comments and post.
2. You don’t need to purchase the extended license to provide for free. The standard license allows you to provide them for free. You will need to customize the plugin a bit by hardcoding your site URL in to it then ask your customers to input their API key and that is it.

Add a shortcode button in editor area with a pop up of some sorts to easily add a new URL and shortened URL rather then typing the shortcode each time.

Yes. You can use the full page script provided in the tools page of the script. You can use the exclude option to filter your own domain names.

Since your demo is not working, here are my pre purchase questions (I already own the script itself, just want to integrate it with WP):
1. I have a buddypress installation across my entire network that users use to register new account, is this plugin compatible with buddypress registrations?
2. I have 5 websites linked into a Wordpress network, will this plugin be available for use on only one of those websites (has its own domain)?
3. Do users get access to wordpress admin area? or just the URL shortener admin area when using this script?
4. Does this script automatically work with themes? or will i have to do some heavy modifying to make it look like the wordpress theme in use?

2. It will be available for all sites but you need to know this plugin will not work by itself. It runs of the main script API system.

4. Yes. You just need add short codes to you pages or use the sidebar widget.
