I tried submitting the ticket via the In-plugin support, but it just says my purchase code is for a different Envato product.

Hi, I am using the latest version of pricing table version 2.5.1 there seems to be a nig with images.
when changing a picture it does not show the image/load the image. when i check the dev console it gives me error: angular.min.js:127 TypeError: Cannot read property ‘value’ of undefined at pricing-table-observer.js:12 at m.$digest (angular.min.js:151) at angular.min.js:154 at Tg.completeTask (angular.min.js:166) at angular.min.js:52

From what we see in your screenshot, it appears that in the upper two lines there’s some extra spacing. This spacing could be causing this behavior. Please, remove it and let us know if it fixes the issue.

Hello, there is a really unfortunate bug regarding the pricing table automatic sizing when put inside wp tabs.
When the plugin shortcode is inserted inside a secondary tab which is not loaded from the beginning, it detects height:0 and assigns it to all classes and elements inside.
Once the tab is revealed, all elements inside the table have been assigned height:0 and they look unintelligible.
As far as I understand there is a js function that takes care of that but I haven’t been able to dig deep enough.
This bug is present only if the element is put inside a secondary tab and i’ts quite annoying! Would it be possible to fix it somehow? Thanks

Yes, unfortunately, right now there is a glitch on the side of our plugin that causes this kind of behavior. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we’ll do our best to provide a fix for it in a future update.
What you can do in the meantime, though, is to automatically trigger the resize of the widget in tabs. to make resize happen on a click on the tab button.

Quick note: I am using the latest version 2.5.0 and noticed few minor bugs:
1. When adding a feature “text” it auto adds a
tag which throws off the icon next to it if you aren’t paying attention.
2. If you create a new table, then delete it, it is remaining in the database but just not showing in admin.
Otherwise I love it!

The tag gets added when you press Enter, in order to mark the beginning of the next line. This is how it should work, could you please specify in which cases does it get added for you?
As for a deleted table remaining in your database, this was done by design.

1. I would click into a feature “text” column.
2. I would type text, without hitting enter.
3. I would save.
4. I would review it and notice spacing was off.
5. I would edit the table again for that field, click <> to view source and see a
was added.
Or literally I would just type text, then click the <> to view source and it is adding a
automatically.

Still absolutely love this plugin! My only suggestion for an add-on is to consider either allowing shortcodes for product price and URL, or option to select product from a drop down. That way it auto updates the prices and URLs.

Hi there!
Did you recently change anything about how your pricing tables load in the recent update? I block cookies and other things on my iPhone, and I never had a problem loading your pricing tables on it, but now the pricing tables don’t appear on my phone. This is a problem as other people do similar kinds of blocking on their mobile devices, which means that some users may not be able to see the pricing tables anymore.
Something similar happens with your Instagram feed plugin not appearing on my phone, but I wasn’t worried about that because it isn’t critical to the site experience. However, the pricing tables are critical to the site as they lead the user to different purchasing options. Without seeing the tables, the users have no idea where to do.
Is there a way to fix that behavior?

Thank you! Sounds good to me! Please let me know if you need any more information from me to help investigate. This is a critical issue, but as I stated before this was not happening prior to the most recent update. Even with my strict privacy settings and cookie blocking on my phone, the tables were loading without issue on the previous version of the plugin. They only disappeared after the recent update.
Going along with that though, could you maybe see why that happens on your Instagram Feed plugin as well? It’s not a critical problem, but it would be nice to have your Instagram Feed plugin load on phones with similar blocking/privacy settings as I have many licenses for it.

1. Icons font color I already set up a table and for the icons I need 2 different colors. I set “green” for the check/check mark in the Circle. But for the Cross and cross in the circle I need to have the color “red”. Besides the icons should be bold. How can I do that?
2. On editing the widgets: Many time the preview of my tables isn’t displayed, only white space on the right side of the “Adjust settings”. Is there a trick to get the table columns displayed again; even a logout and new login doesn’t always help.

Hi there, I realise my support has expired however I just want to move the license to a new domain. I moved my site from staging to live and am now unable to activate my license because it states that it’s already been activated. How do I remove from the current domain for use on the new one?

Hi there!
I just wanted to let you know that the pricing table font on the front-end appears to change shortly after loading. The font loads fine on the admin editing area, but when it loads on the front-end it only loads correctly for a split second, then changes to a smaller, less appealing font right after.
I don’t think you’ve released any updates that would have caused this change (it was not doing this previously, although I cannot tell you when it started, only when we first noticed it about 2 weeks ago), so maybe it’s just a compatibility issue with the latest versions of the Chrome browser?
