A bug in your plugin. On review reminder tab, the drop down for selecting the reviews page doesnt work You cannot select anything. We need this fixed or a refund.

The premium version of plugin works well and imports the Aliexpress reviews but it marks them all as “Aliexpress shopper”. This is kind of a mistake as it shows to potential customers that I am dropshipping from Aliexpress. Can I customize the text so it shows “MyShopName shopper”? Thanks

Is there something we could do with the website loading speed and images? I have 30 reviews with pictures. (pictures are not inside my server, still on aliexpress cdn)
But my product page is so slow loading. It would be perfect if the reviews start loading after the customer goes to reviews tab. Not that reviews load when customer lands on product page.

1. Paginate your reviews. This can be set in Discussion settings of WP.
2. Use a lazy load plugin

Looking at the documentation and reviews, this plugin seems to have everything I’ve been looking for.
I still need to be sure on this point though: As most of my customers check out as a guest, I’d like to know if the following features still work:
- Direct link in the email to leave a review is working (NO requirement to set up an account just to leave a review)
- Coupons are working
- Verified purchase batch working

1. It’s depending on your store settings, make sure you DO NOT enable both “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” in Discussions settings and “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”” in WooCommerce settings/products.
2,3. Of course coupons and Verified purchase badge are working.

I just came across another question, and I hope it’s my final one: I sometimes reach out to customers personally (via phone, Facebook, etc.) in order to request a review.
Naturally, I don’t want these people to receive an automatic reminder via email later. Therefore, I’d like to know if there is a way to exclude certain customers from receiving reminder emails, e.g. by marking them as ‘done’ or something like that?
Now there’s no such kind of option. What’s about adding a field to save emails that you want to exclude reviews reminder( you will need to enter emails of customers that you don’t want to send reminder to)?
That would be an option, although I’m afraid I’m not sure how I should implement this. Or do you already have the option to exclude a list of customers?
No the option is not available yet, i just think of it like a solution for you now because it’s quite easy to add.
That would be a fantastic addition, indeed! Certainly for me, but also for others, as reaching out to select customers personally seems to be quite common among store owners.
So in my opinion, implementing this option definitely would add even more value to this already great plugin.

Hello, i want to ask you what is happening if we import reviews more than once to the same product. Does plugin importing different reviews or importing same reviews again?
Because i am just importing 15 to 20 reviews now. Maybe in the future i will increase the number of reviews? I hope plugin does not import same reviews once again

If your reviews are imported from Loox of Shopify, they will not be duplicated when you import them more than one time because they have unique IDs. For other reviews, i can add an option to skip reviews whose author email, product id and rating exist.

I am importing from Aliexpress only. Currently it seems does not import same reviews. I tested that and i think it does not import same reviews. However i am not so sure, I need to test again.

I thought you said the import from csv function. Importing from Aliexpress will not import duplicated reviews then you don’t need to worry about it.

I am trying to import reviews from ali. I get failed everytime. Tryed all different settings..
What may cause this? I also have alidropship plugin but these reviews dont show up good so i try to use ur plugin to import reviews from ali.
I actually talked to my server support to fix the issue and they told me :
“We limit PHP requests to 100 per second, per IP address for security reasons. This value can’t be altered. I can see the plugin is in excess of this limit by 50.200. Are you able to contact the developers to see if this can be adjusted in any way?”
Basically the plugin is sending 50k php request per second.
Is it possible to get it below 100?

The latest update is great. Is there any css code I can use to hide the middle filter button (verified) or make all reviews show as verified. I have reviews I had imported using another plugin. So, when I activate the filter button only reviews imported by Photo Review are shown as verified. I would like to show all of them as verified or just hide the verified button alone and leave the rest two.

You can try the export option to have an example CSV file. Also when you upload a CSV file, the plugin allows you to map fields from CSV files to the review settings.

Thank you for the amazing plugin. Reveiws are very important and your plugin is the best on the market at the moment. However, it would be much better if:
1. request: Could you please add a second email review reminder as well? Example: We could send the first review request after 3 days. Wait 2 days and if the customer didn’t leave any review, then we should send out the second review request reminder. - It would be great if we could set up any waiting days. For example, wait 1-2-3-4 etc days.
2. request: This is the most important. Could you please include the rating count and the overall rating into the shortcode function? So we could display these on our homepage.
3. request: If somebody clicks on the “5 star” rating or “with image” tab, then the page refresh, which is very slow. Could you change it for dynamic changing just like to WooCommerce tabs (Additional info, reviews etc.)

What is the problem between 2 plugins?
They say your plugin creates a duplicate of the product page which means any other plugin that alters the product page wouldn’t be able to function. I don’t understand it myself but that was the explanation they gave me.
