In the same field for choosing the icon, you could allow in that field to write css class names. Thus allowing the use of icons that already exist in our themes.

Hi, I like this wp widget WordPress Any Contact Us, but I need these features:
1. use it as a shortcode, with DIFFERENT configurations on different pages: for example: product pages, will display some Sales contacts, but FAQ pages, will displays technical contacts, is it possible to use on different pages with different configurations?
2. be able to HIDE some rows (services) if the user is browsing with a desktop browser -for example, HIDE whatsapp in that case, and let people other options.

1.) Is there short-codes included so you could place the button on places like your “contact” page etc?
2.) We’re planning on using https://www.tidio.com/ as our main solution, but we love to have the option of a fall back contact channels for other customers that uses social communications platforms such as Skype, FB messenger, Whatsapp etc, so is it possible to either A) move he contact button your software creates somewhere else on the website or B.) completely disable it so it only shows up on the former mentioned question like on our contact page as button?
