I purchased this plugin and got it configured and setup very quickly. Works very reliably to post a banner at the top of my Wordpress site when we are Live Streaming. Very simple to create a page for our live stream using short codes from the plugin. I had a minor support question and I immediate received a response from SleekAlgo.
Demo is not working!
Yes we are working to create a new demo. The plugin is working perfectly though.
I am getting this error: “Error loading: (#10) To use ‘Page Public Content Access’, your use of this endpoint must be reviewed and approved by Facebook. To submit this ‘Page Public Content Access’ feature for review please read our documentation on reviewable features: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review."
when I first got the error I just put the app in development mode, but I just got a notification that Facebook is removing this access even in development mode. Any suggestions about how to overcome this issue? I love the plugin, but now it’s useless until I can figure this out…

Hi there! I have one more question before I purchase.
Is there a hook or something I can use to detect when my facebook page is live and display a notice about that on a page that does not have the player?
For example, I want a page on the site to show the live stream, but on the home page I’d like to be able to show a banner when the stream is live so people know to go and look at it.

Similar can be achieved.
The plugin can embed live videos of all your pages whenever they are live and yes they all can be embedded on a single page. There is option to display a message when the page is not live or to show nothing.
What permissions are required for the setting up the Facebook API? I’m receive this error: “Error loading: (#10) To use ‘Page Public Content Access’...”, and setup the plugin as stated in the documentation. This Page Public Content Access requires Business verification and a screencast upload to approve the API. What am I doing wrong, and do I need to have this permission for the plugin to work?

Is there something we have to do with the facebook app? It is working only for a few minutes after that the Application Rate Limit hits 100% and stops working.

1. As i know only self-hosted fb pages/groups’ lve video are able to be auto embedded. May i know if i want to embed other’s fb pages or groups, what information should i request from the pages/group admin?
2. how many live videos can i put in a wordpress page for simultaneously streaming?
3. Except the Ajax call for notification bar and the FB api request, any other function of this plugin affects the speed of my WordPress site?

Sorry for the late response.
You have to login to your Facebook account on the settings page of plugin. Then when you create embed code, the plugin checks if you have privileges to access API data of the Facebook page/group.

Two final question:
1. Facebook allow us to enable cross posting from other pages’ live video. For example, I own page A and i want to broadcast the live video from page B. After a correct setup, my page is able to boradcast the live video from page B AUTOMATICALLY. I guess your plugin will also be able to this kind of live video from my page A?
2. As you have told, i can host multiple live video at the same time. But how does it look like in a wordpress page? is all the video vertically formatted or i can design my own?
Any refund if i found that it is not functioning on my WordPress website?

1. I am not sure about this one. Need to contact the technical team for this.
2. You can create the containers on your page and put the embed code in containers.
The plugin is in use on 700+ websites and it is working on all WP versions so there will be no need of a refund.

You can only add one but we can create a modified version for you where you will be able to add App Secret and App ID directly within the Embed code configuration; so each of your embed codes will be able to use a different Facebook app.

Yes. It does exactly that; automatically embed the current live video.
The plugin works great when using Chrome on Windows PC or OSX (but not on Safari). I also can’t get it working when viewing websites with mobile devices. I receive a message “Video Unavailable”. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Does your plugin work for the facebook pages which I own (or have admin rights) only? in your live preview page, i can see you can embed the live video from some famous news site like BBCnews, SkySport etc.. thanks.
Yes the live preview is a bit old. Now Facebook only allows access to videos of User’s own account or Pages he/she owns or Groups he/she is an admin of.

Yes it is working. New updates are also in under development.
Installation and configuration worked as intended. Unfortunately, these issues are happening: 1- Video feed loads very very very slow. We’re talking about 5 minutes or more.
2- After the page is done loading, not all the videos are showing despite the fact that the “maximum number of videos to be embedded” in the settings is set to 500. The feed stops at about 50 videos or so.
3- Many videos in the feed can’t be played and display the following error: https://ibb.co/jJbKHPc These are videos that are showing and playing correctly within facebook. 4- Same issue with the live video. Sorry for the inconvenience you have faced.
However, the purpose of the plugin is to embed Facebook videos automatically. The plugin does not change anything with regards to how videos are displayed; they are displayed just like any other Facebook video embeds. So if loading a lot of lengthy videos on a single page is causing some problem, it is related to how Facebook is serving the videos and not the plugin. You will experience the same if you manually embed same videos on a page.
After creating the app and installing the plugin on the WP backend, I tried to login to Facebook as in step 6 in the documentation, I’m getting the following error:
Insecure Login Blocked: You can’t get an access token or log in to this app from an insecure page. Try re-loading the page as https://

Facebook is enforcing use of HTTPS for all Facebook Login apps. They have set this setting ON by default for all the apps created in March 2018 and later.
This means that having SSL enabled, is a requirement for Facebook login to work on your website. We have mentioned it as one of the hosting requirements on the plugin page as well.
You can use any free or paid service to get your website SSL secured.

No there is no need to put any code on your website.

Code 1 does not work except code 2. Also, my Facebook app status is “In Development” and my website has SSL enabled (https:)
