yes, you can add different price variations depending on number of children/adults and their length of stay. You can do it in the Accommodation tab > Rates > add or choose the needed rate > click “Enable variable pricing” > click the “Add Variation” button.

How i know when customer already booking or payment. I didn’t not receiving booking to admin email. when use Confirmation upon payment. It’s a big problem.

and when i use woocommerce payment, I received an admin email but In the email does not show details of the check-in date, check-out date, room info. It is a problem

Hello, using the lite version atm to try it out before buying it. Got a question though. I’ve set the booking up like checking in and out on saturdays. Therefor I’d like to change the layout of the calendar so it shows a split. Is this possible? Also, is there any posibility to add week number in the calendar.

Hi, it is not possible with default functionality but it might be customized.

Thanks! I’ve got a check-in between 15:00 – 22:00. After this hour it will charge extra. Can this somehow be implemented somewhere in the plugin?

You can set up Check in and Check out time just to inform Guests who make a reservation. It does not restrict nor affect the price nor reservation process. You can notify your customers about it and charge them manually.

MotoPress Hotel Booking allows for the same date to be the check-out day of one booking and the check-in day of another booking by default.

Hi, there has been updated some information on product page of Hotel Booking so that’s why it says that it was updated on August 7. It was not an update of plugin though.

I have a question, for the seasonal pricing is there anyway to make the prices a yearly thing. For example, the week of thanksgiving, is it possible that the same dates every year to be raised without having to go in every year and change them?

You can create seasons for certain dates and they will be valid for the year you have specified while creating a season(for example, 2019). You will either need to edit the year within your Thanksgiving season every year or simply create multiple Thanksgiving seasons for the future and use them in your rates now. Our plugin will take them into account when their time comes.

Hi, Seriously … you have to see to get examples and more help on how to style hotel booking plugin. Alternatively create multiple styling options in the options panel. The way it is now is too much work to style this plugin in different themes.

Hi Trond, By default there is applied universal mainly vertical layout to fit most of themes and devices. There is no opportunity to add all possible layouts the customer might request.
However we’ll keep in mind your feedback and will do our best to add at list and grid preset layouts. Thanks.

Can booking be by hours instead of days?

Only overnight bookings are possible. Our plugin does not accept bookings by hour.

does this plugin work with woocommerce? when you get this reservation system, will you direct me to another plug-in to use it with woocommerce? I have a private payment gateway to myself for my woocommerce. I don’t need your payment modules. but can I use this booking extension with woocommerce? I want to use this plugin with woocommerce. Is it possible?

Yes, Hotel Booking is compatible with Woocommerce. You can connect custom payment gateways through WooCommerce, our WooCommerce integration (purchased separately) and a WooCommerce addon for your custom payment gateway.

Can I add a WooCommerce category to the filter? And make text input.

Unfortunately, our plugin does not have separate accounts for realtors.

About the block accommodation, if for example I’ve blocked a week of schedule ( Jul 15 – 22 ) does it sync and also include ( like we can check and see ) the blocked accommodation in other calendars like AirBnb, TripAdvisor and so on?

Is there any difference between this plugin and the booking plugin provided in the Ciestra theme? Or is it exactly the same?

Also, if I buy Ciestra will I have support for the booking plugin as well, if anything goes wrong?

You can change the price per night for every accommodation separately depending on the number of nights. To do this, go to the Accommodation tab > Rates (tutorial).

Every Accommodation -> Service must be assigned with a price right? Sometimes there is no fixed price for a service. But if we leave it at 0, the service will be appended with (free) in room page and booking page. Is there a way to no include this free tag for variable price services. ?

Hi Mototeam, does this plugin stripe payment gateway use payment intents API which Support 3d verification and Auth and Capture method https://stripe.com/docs/charges

Thank you for your question. At the moment the functionality you requested is not supported but we have planned this to be released by the required date.

Your plugin meet every other features we want but the most important feature is the payment intents because in our Hotel we allow people to book a room without charging their account, stripe allow us to only authorise the money in their account, then after the cancellation period has elapse we can login to either wp admin or stripe dashboard to capture the payment, this way we don’t need to refund the customer should they decide to cancel their booking within the cancellation period and also the 3d verification process during the payment by the customer shift the boden of refund from us to the Bank of the Card Owner in the case of stolen card. I paid a freelancer to integrate this Stripe Payment Intents to the plugin we are using in our site but having seen your plugin i beleive that your plugin have much of the features we are looking for but i wouldn’t want to spend anotther $200 for a custom integration again. If you would want to intergrate this very quck i wouldn’t mind to send you the plugin so that you can see how the Freelance Integrate the payment Intent for us. I believe that will save you a whole lot of time to integrate this because we are in the verge of luaching a new website next week but if this can be ready then, i wouldn’t mind swiching to your plugin and your oceanica Theme quickly. you can send me a private message to kingso6@yahoo.com

Just a few ideas for future updates:

Could you consider adding the option to change the grid layout of the search result page? Maybe smaller search results like in your https://themes.getmotopress.com/luviana/ theme It took me about good 2-3 hours to customize.

The front-end calendar works great on the desktop view but could use some work on the mobile view.

Hello Support, My client is facing an issue.

A booking was booked on Homeaway.com and it got sync to the website. Now if the user is cancelling the booking and it’s not getting removed from the website. Can you please guide why it’s not syncing cancelled bookings.

Homeaway is telling that the cancelled booking is syncing again from the website. I have to go to the website and manually cancel the booking. Is it the bug?

It looks like you have modified WPML settings and allowed to translate Accommodations (mphb_room) via WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation. So you need to remove translations of Accommodations and then make them not translatable.

Unfortunately, we do not have a demo for hostels. You can use any demo, e.g. # 2 and additionally create new accommodation types for the beds titled like ‘Bed in a 4 Person Room’, ‘Bed in a 8 Person Room’, etc. These video tutorials will help you work with the demo.

The layout of rooms depends on theme design. You may apply custom styles to make it look in a different way. Once the support is renewed you are able to contact our support team to get an assistance.

I will like to buy this plugin but I want to find out first about this: Is it possible to enforce a booking rule that, when a person is booking, he should only be able to book for dates starting from (maybe) 5 days away. So if today is 2nd June, all people who are booking and paying online should only be able to book for 7th June and above
