Is there any way when the when you apply the particles effects on the background. The icons and text infront can be clickable. Now its happening, when i load the background particles effects, I cannot click the link of the icon and text. Please show me or find a way to fix it. Hey, This is a z-index issue. Please go to “Compatibility” tab in the plugin settings and set z-index to 0 (zero). This should help.

Hey, the repulse / grab features is kinda bugged on my website. It indeed grabs and repulses well, but kinda far from the cursor… Any idea where this could come from? Will try to debug it until you’ve answered

I am having a strange problem and wanted to give you access so you can see exactly what is happening.

My second page – I am putting two backgrounds on a single page and they are not both working. Sometimes they interact with one another.

Appreciate the refund. Disappointed in the support effort. I am using your plugin exactly as described in your description.
In https://vincentgarreau.com/particles.js, there are options for repulse, grab and bubble. I do not see bubble as an option. Am I missing it? I am looking at the ‘Mode’ section on the Interactivity tab and only see the two options.
Hello, Unfortunatelly this feature was causing some compatibility issues with many Wordpress themes, so we’ve disabled it.
If that feature was your reason to buy the plugin then you are fully entitled to get a refund.

Trying to use this on two different rows, 2nd row is contained in the 1st row. The particles do not show on the 2nd row. Is this coded in a way that it won’t overlap?

I can’t as it’s a private / login only while I’ve developing the site. Also, when it does render, it renders over everything in the row instead of rendering behind row content. Seems maybe Z-index issue. Did you make a CSS class that I can add to the element to make sure it’s not drawing over all the content in the row? Thank you edit: Nvr mind, fixed the Z-index issue by applying position relative and a positive z-index to the negatively affected elements in the row. a patch fix I guess.
Can this be applied to the whole page instead of just the WPBakery row element?

Hello, Hope you are doing great. Just purchased the plugin and can’t seem to be able to get the interactivity working. I tried all combination of options in the setting panel but no success.
Sometimes when it’s Enabled nothing shows up at all. Can I please ask for some advise around this.

I am trying to set the background up exactly like your full screen blue example in Envato Market with the pink buttons.
I applied a background element to a row that has some text and a button. I can’t click on the button (just moved it below for now so I can) and I can’t get it to size just like your blue example. I set it to Full Width Content and Huge height.

Hello, The unclickable content is a z-index issue. In Compatibility tab )in our plugins element settings) please play with z-index field (try 2,1,0,-1).
The plugin takes that full width and height of the row, so you need to make the row bigger (this is on theme, our plugin does not resize rows).

Hi David, I tried the Z index settings, it actually turned the plugin off, no display. I adjusted the row to be full width and full screen in height, still no luck. Can you provide, send how the blue with pink buttons example is done? This is exactly what I want. Thanks.

I cant find any Add Element like VC Particles somewhere, what do you mean, please? Where can I find something like this exactly? The VC Particles Background , Version 1.3 is located in my Plugins, but from there I can only deactivated, no settings, nothing more, beside a BoomApps Link. Thank you for Help! Mattis
Hello, You are saying that you are using “Avia Layout Architekt”? This is (as stated multiple times in items description) a Wpbakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) plugin and will not work with other page builders.

Hey, “Avia Layout” is “Avia Layout”, not a “Visual Composer”, nor a “WPbakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer). This plugin will not work with Avia Layout.

Hey, Yeah, we were also very confused. So: - there is a company called “Wpbakery” - they created “Visual Composer” - then they renamed “Visual Composer” to “Wpbakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer)” - then they created another plugin called “Visual Composer” – totally new and incompatible with the old one.
This plugin requires (as stated in the description): WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer).
