I have noticed errors with the recent updates. Now I have a warning message pertaining to the Ultimate modals displaying on the front end of the website: Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/bpsweb42/public_html/wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/modules/ultimate_modals.php on line 427
Is there a solution for this?
Hello, The ultimate modal is not a standard element of the page builder. It is a custom element added by a third party add-on.

Our customer is suddenly receiving 403 errors when publicing post on his news website. I have tried multiple things to fix it, but nothing works. Every thing is up-to date, deleted htaccess file, switched back to a normal WordPress theme, deactivated plugins. Nothing help, until I turn off Visual Composer.
When publising a post without Visual Composer it work, but when it is activated I receive a 403 forbidden error.
Please help!

6.0.5 update “broke” some pages that had custom css in that handy little gear in the top of the backend builder. It was working fine until the update and works now if I add !important to the rules for .entry class.

We just wanted to let you know that there’s a bug where changes made in a post’s Custom CSS Styles do not appear when Previewing a Draft.
I’ve tested this on a fresh install of Wordpress (5.2.2) running Twenty Nineteen with WPBakery versions 5.7, 6.0.2 and 6.0.5. The issue was not present in 5.4 if I remember correctly.
To Replicate the bug:
1. Create a draft post
2. Add a Text Block – add some text and give the Text Block a class, ie. testclass.
3. Save the Draft
4. Add a class in the post’s Custom CSS Settings panel, ie. .testclass{color: red !important;}
5. Do NOT save the draft again yet or make any other changes. Hit the Preview button.
You’ll see that the CSS changes do not appear in the preview.
This only occurs when the post is a Draft AND when no other changes apart from CSS changes have been made to the post.

Hello, The option at your end is disabled by the theme using vc_remove_param. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the above code from the theme to get it back at your end.

I have WPBakery bundled in a theme. Ever since one of the latest updates after 5.xx, the functionality to save a row as template doesn’t seem to work anymore. So going to row settings, click the wheel and click Save as template: nothing happens. When doing the same within an element, such as a Text Block, when clicking Save as element it opens a new window to enter element title. So i’m guessing there is a bug in the Save as Template for row settings. Tried on version 6.0.3 and 6.0.5

I’ve checked again, in version 6.0.3 it works, but in 6.0.4 and 6.0.5 it doesn’t.

Still with 6.0.5 (since 6.0.3) problems with some WooCommerce pages. 6.0.2 is working fine.

i wonder if the page break from wordpress not working well with visualcomposer? everytime i put an <!nextpage> the next pages tag visual composer is appearing like… [/vc_column_text] ... unopened tag, is there any solution for this?

Hello, The next page tag breaks the rendering of page builder shortcodes as it parts the existing page into two pages. This causes the the mis-match of corresponding shortcode tags and hence they display in text format instead of being rendered.

Is there an alternative page-break structure element that can be placed between text blocks to safely break the page? Similar to the horizontal line element? I feel like this is a very important feature for a lot of people.
Creating multiple pages/posts and then manually connecting them is not a very good solution for large content-driven sites.
The Pageable Container element is also not ideal for optimizing ad-driven websites where the page never reloads.
Hello, Unfortunately, the functionality similar to page break is no supported as it breaks the capability of shortcode rendering. A workaround in this case is to add content via two separate pages and then link them using button element on each of them.

Hello, As the licenses are purchased via codecanyon you should import the them into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. Hello, my WooCommerce shortcodes such as [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_my_account] have stopped working ever since I updated WPBakery Page Builder. The Woo shortcodes just display as plain text.
I’m running WordPress 5.2.2, WooCommerce 3.6.5, and WPBakery Page Builder 6.0.5. I purchased WPBakery awhile back and now, I don’t have support to fix this issue. Why do I have to renew support for $51.63 to fix a problem that the latest update has created? Any help would be great in this matter. My e-commerce site needs a fix. If anything, I can download an older version?
Hello, As per the envato guidelines, the plugin comes with six months of support. If any support is required beyond that, then the support tenure should be renewed.
