this videos streams and all sources must be on https and you will have no problem for example(https://yourwebsite.com/video.mp4). browser will not allow you to playback non https sources on https website. if you are using ssl service for example cloudflare delete cache there and reload your page after.

Hello, check quality button in main dashboard, after insert 2 or more sources for example 2 mp4 urls with labels and you’ll see quality button in the player.
but for Google drive there is only one section to put a single link, where it would work only in MP4 And the rest, not in google drive.
you can put gdrive video urls in mp4 fields.

Hi! I’ve got my hls stream embedded in my website, all works fine except, it doesn’t autoplay and when I hit the fullscreen button on the player, the video doesn’t scale to fullscreen. It just sits top-left in the corner of the screen, the rest is black. Do I need to add something to the code?

Hello, for autoplay you need to check autoplay feature when you are creating player in popup window. make sure you have selected only one theme in main dashboard, for example default. show me website url ill check fullscreen button, if you want you can send your url to our mail which you can find on our website.

Logo is in player and it’s working fine. For autoplay check autoplay feature in popup window when you are creating player and it will be ok too.

Hello, loading icon will shows up by default when video is buffering. try to click on progress bar forward video and you’ll see.
Also download latest version from codecanyon and update older version. Just replace old files. Maybe you have old one. Dont forger to delete browser cache and if you are using cloudflare delete cache also there.

Its not support facebook. it will playback youtube stream until it will be on same url, its depends on youtube user only. check wich sources are available and test yours, cause after purchase we are not giving refunds.

ok so i’m using wirecast and i’m trying to stream to my website using bzplayer .. so i need the address and stream key to work on the bzplayer
only way to use player is working stream, as you see in all demo pages. its just player which can playback video streams.
Features like stream key is not mentioned in product description or on demo website.
so in other words, you just need to get just stream url from your wirecast software and put in bzplayer.
so which means we just wasted our money !!!
no you can playback with your wirecast stream url as i said. unfortunately we are not giving refunds. main text and description of the product is that everyone must test all sources and features before purchase.
only possible way to playback streams in any player is streaming url, so get this url in your software.
When I click insert bzplayer in classic editor, I just have Add Video white page with nothing I can do
