Hello, my plugin is not working and I have emailed all of my info to support@magenest multiple times. Can not add items to gift registry at all. Please advise.

I went to download the plugin again, as I figure I’m going to have to fix this myself since I can’t get a response for the past 4 days. I installed the plugin as I downloaded it from my account page on CodeCanyon and now I can’t even create a registry and it tells me that it is version 1.7. Now when I go to Gift Registry page is just shows: https://www.missbehavengeorgetownky.com/giftregistry/

if a product is in a registry en the product is deleted, the product still shows in the registry. I need to remove the product if is doesn’t exist in the data base. Thanks in advance.

When someone sets up a gift registry, aren’t they supposed to get an email with login info (username/password)? If not, how do they log back in at a later time without being sent a password?
Do I need to force the registrant to create an account on the website first, then log in and create an account for the gift registry?

How can I add the order number to the reciept for the orders processed with the Gift Registry?
I have never used a product to sell something that does not include the order number in the reciept or am I missing something? I am using this with WooCommerce.

Hello, I’m really interested in this plugin and have few pre-sale question.
1) Why does the Magento plugin version has more feature then the woocommerce version?
2) I’m on the demo site and don’t see an option to add a new registry for ex: I want to create a “Wedding” and “Birthday” Registry with different products. https://prnt.sc/oq4kxa
3) I also want to add few features to this plugin for ex: An option for Custom Thank You Cards, A radio button to select different Wedding, Bride, Groom, Family etc so my question is how customizable is this plugin and would you do it for me as a side project?

Regarding your question about the demo site, our extension does not support multiple gift registries. Therefore, one account can activate only one gift registry at once. You can log in a new account on the store demo and create a gift registry for testing.

The question was what steps must be taken so that the ‘gift registry’ tab is created in the ‘my account’ section of each client.
Installing the plugin is not something that was created by default as it appears in the video.
I use the Savoy theme, in case this helps.

Hello, I need to get the gift registry ID on checkout. There does not seem to be a way to do this.
Also there doesn’t seem to be a way to automatically connect a Stripe Connect user with the gift registry. I am using the Yith Stripe Connect for WooCommerce (https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-stripe-connect/).
