Does your plugins work with Woocommerce Membership? If we have custom user role, e.g. Classic user purchase product will get $1 = 1 point and Premium user purchase product will get $1 = 2 points. Are we able to do this?

We are facing the issue with a couple of things currently. When we comment on a product and it’s approved from the backend the customer gets the notification that he has received x points for comments but the same does not reflect in the account.The website is under construction phase, here is a link you can register to it then comment, I will make your comment live (just message me when you do it) and you will get email that you gained 25 points for comment but when you will check your account it won’t show in log as well as the points won’t get added to your total points.
Same is the case with a referral point system, I copied a referral link from a dummy account, and then using that link I tried to create a new account. So with this the fellow should get 100 points for refferal signup once his friend signs up but it didn’t happen, though the referral purchase is working.

i’ve read the document and there is no place that i can set the point base on price. Like 10$ = 1 point. I read the comments here and you said this is custom work? so basiclly i have to pay more just for that? Meanwhile so many reward plugins out there, they have this setting like just a basic thing.

You can check in our document also, We have provided this setting under WooCommerce > Points and Rewards Manager > Coupon Setting >Enable per currency point conversion setting and set Per $ point conversion.

Well, regarding rest-api, it will be needed to be able to integrate it on mobile application which is built over ionic framework. So how you can help on this matter?
Regarding the honor list, so I just wanted to show it for customers directly, but as long as it’s showing in admin area so no issues

For rest-api, we need to check the possibility according to your need what data you want in the mobile app.
Currently, customer can see their own points only and admin can see all customers point.

On the “shop from points” option, is it possible to stablish the ammout of points that the product costs?
I.e.: The product price is 18$ but the price in points is 500 points?

For purchase products through points feature, points are depends on the product price, you can set conversion rate according to your need. Like 1$ = 50.
So if the product cost is 18$ then customer need to pay 900 Points to purchase that product.
You can’t assign fixed points for a product for now. But if you want this we can check the possibility for you.
