Hi I’m testing this plugin, the lite version. I’ve uploaded an image, set a marker with info but for some reason I can’t see the image on preview or on the page where I pasted the shortcode.
Check the browser console log, it can be a CORS (Mix Content) issue, if yes, I have an instruction on how to fix this.

Hi, I am wondering if this plugin will work on an image in Revolution Slider? Or, if there is an option to have one image show and then another image change and then the hotspots display?

Each marker has a section “Appearance”, where we can style marker view (background, image, border and etc), also we can style inside the modal window with marker preview feature. After styling, we can save this style as a template and select when we create a new marker later.

No, all items are remain. The new version can’t render old items. You can install the old version or import your old items step by step (see hamburger menu)

You can test the lite version from wordpress.org first, it has all features like pro except some restrictions.

Hi, my client bought a pro version, and we love it. Is it possible to include in a slider right now? (It’s the same if slider is rev slider or others, is more important that we could do).

Yes, it should work now, but one moment, if the parent slider container has overflow:hidden some tooltips can be truncated. Maybe I should add extra parameter.
Hi. With Wordpress 5 I cannot save or load json-files? Buttons to do so are simply not there… It worked fine with WP 4.

It depends on the gallery realization, anyway it’s not build-in feature, only customization.
