How exactly does a user create a ticket? I see on the demo that there is a place to create a ticket, but you dont actually have to log in to create a ticket. How on earth does this not scream of someone just spamming you with erroneous tickets?

I would prefer that when a user accesses the site, in order for them to create a ticket, they must have a registered account and be logged in.

When the administrator answers the ticket Which way do users get answers?

User will get email notification and give reply via unique link that generate after ticket created.

Besides, you still do not add exactly what it requires to work. Having only php or server with php is not enough. As in my case despite having different versions of php installed on the server and none worked. Besides, you do not even know why it does not work for me and not even the possible exact solution.

Hi i would like a refund – as this product is not really fit for purpose. It only supports one user log in and is very basic. it also does not allow you to change logo / branding and has spelling/grammar mistakes on the landing page.
