I don’t actually understand the issue report, are you saying that the address changes (Frém – Rémér)? I can assure you that the plugin don’t play any role about editing the address field, that is geocoded and interpreted by Google alone (which should also add the zip code if the customer fills in a resonably complete address).

The zip code will be added (or will not be) by Google, but I guess it doesn’t in your case because the accent issue is preventing it to recognize the correct address. I will look into that.

Hello.
I have decided to give up the idea about having a regstration plugin, becaus it doesn’t work well. When people log in, the wordpress interface is visible at the very top, at many of the functions doesn’t work 
Anyway. I will just use booking without registration. But when i try to cancel a reservation through cancellation link by mail, i am directed to at weird URL which shows my website with no CSS-styling at all. When i scrool to the bottom, there is a confirmation question. Is it possible to change this and cancel the booking direcly from the mail or lead them to another URL?

“Before you can create an OAuth client ID, you must set up an OAuth consent screen to let users know who is requesting access to their data.

Actually the oAuth consent screen configuration is illustrated in the documentation (point 6 of paragraph 1.3), what might have been happened is Google changing the order of some steps…
In the consent screen configuration, only the application name and the authorized domains are mandatory. Let me know if you’ll have issues.

Thanks, yes i think it may be a new requirement. It has allowed me to use the service for up to 100 times whilst waiting for verification. I had to add links to the application homepage link ( is this the page the calender booking form is displayed on ? ) , the application privacy policy link ? do i need to put a link onto the page to a privacy policy ? . Any help would be appreciated, i have just filled it in with links to my site at the min but assume it will get knocked back if i dont get it right before its validated. Thanks Steve

Such requirements are not needed for the Project used by TeamBooking. The verification is needed in the following cases only…
The app uses a sensitive and/or restricted scope The app displays an icon on its OAuth consent screen The app has a large number of authorized domains You have made changes to a previously-verified OAuth consent screen
But none of them apply to TeamBooking. If you are forced to submit a verification, then there must be something wrong with the configuration of your Google Project. Feel free to contact me privately via my profile page if you want me to have a closer look at your Google Project configuration.

The google calendar side of things is fine. if I remove and add on the calendar, it appears briefly on the above page for 2 minutes then dissapears.
There are two events called Eldoa Container in a week, could this be the issue?

I removed the container in the calendar for the 3rd time, and removed the event that was on hold and re added the container and it fixed this, however it would be usefl to know what caused this as I think it’s the 3rd time this has happened.

Envato plugins aren’t part of WordPress plugins repository. If you want to be notified of updates and performing them like other WordPress plugins, you need to install and configure the “Envato Market” plugin as illustrated in the documentation paragraph 1.2.1
If you have the Envato Market plugin installed, yet the latest version is not being notified, then you are having an issue with the Envato Market plugin (which is supported by Envato).

This is a clear sign of a misconfigured caching plugin. Please check your caching settings, you must avoid any kind of page caching because it is not suitable for dynamic sites.

I may have misinterpreted your report but you stated that when logged-in such event comes up, right? Could you please confirm that?
The only reason why there is a difference between logged-in and logged-out statuses (apart from caching, which apparently is not your case) is that limitations relative to the reservation closing/opening times are ignored by logged-in administrators. Could you please confirm if there are limitations to the closing/opening times for your services (this check must be done in the “personal availability” service tab by the WordPress user that is also the service provider, as it is user-specific)?

Thanks for your swift reponse, the last issue whereby users logged in can see, and users not logged in cannot (i thought was private browsing) Was actually a mistake with the booking restriction timer – It was set to not allow bookings up until an hour before.
The original issue still stands, which is whereby the calendar will ‘hide’ the first available booking in a repeat container.

Hello its me again. I still have that problem with the Customer notification. The Mail is still not get send to the customers. I reinstalled the plugin set it up and tried again and its still not working. I installed the SMTP Plugin which your documentation prefers. The testmail works. I’am getting a testmail. Iam also getting a Mail as an admin if a reservation was booked. The Support of my webserver provider tolds me that he couldn’t find out anything in the logfiles. He tolds me that they are using Debian Systems which are designed for SMTP too.

You can migrate the reservations table. But if the new website doesn’t contain exactly the same configuration (in terms of services, providers etc.) the reservations records may become “orphan”.

Hi, I love this plugin and how everything is clean and configurable. Recently though, I have gone through a bit of troubleshooting as my slots are not showing (and they were before, I’m not sure what changed – so I started everything over with a new google project). Fixed a calendar sync issue and expected that to work, but now the only thing I can think of is the Google API itself (getting approved for the calendar scopes) or in core settings it says the database permissions are “apparently denied”. Please expand a little bit “my slots are not showing”: are they missing in the frontend or in the backend too? Have you checked the troubleshooting section of the documentation relative to “the slots are not showing”? Which plugin version are you using?
P.S. I don’t quite get what “getting approved for the calendar scopes” means. Only sensitive APIs (like Gmail) require extra care like domain verification.

The comments from ac1dpax on page 111 helped me figure out my issue (even though i read this after doing almost everything you said not to do lol – I reconfigured no issue). When I updated my slots were not showing in the front or back end because I am using container slots and for some reason the “inherit” booking time was selected which does not work with containers.

Now I have a different issue… My calendar slots are showing in UTC, not my local timezone (New York/US Eastern) and on the front-end, I don’t see the timezone selector. On my computer and wordpress and the google calendar, it is set to New York/Eastern. Here is the booking page: https://jah.guide/services/private-sessions/ What is 9PM should be 5PM and so on.
As for the Google API it says some calendar permissions are pending approval, but I don’t think there are any issues from that.

I am seeing another (small) issue. When going to the Slots page (second tab, next to Overview), it shows all entries for all services, for the next year, for all service providers.
However, the third drop-down on the top, is not set to “All services”. It is set to one of my services. When trying to select “All services”, it jumps back everytime to that same service each time, whilst still showing all entries.
To actually show the entries of that specific service, I first have to select another service than “All services”, and then that specific service.

You should follow the documentation, YouTube videos are referring to very old versions and not advertised anymore.
That said, I should underline that (assuming that you’ve activated and configured e-mail customer confirmation according to the documentation), e-mail issues are not under the plugin responsibility. Please refer to the documentation paragraph 12.4 which contains things to check and useful hints in case of e-mail issues. The most important is to install an SMTP plugin to replace the unreliable PHP mailserver.

I always set it up now from the Documentation and i Installied WP Mail SMTP and configured it with GMail. I still not receiving any confirmation Mails as a Customer :/
Still not a plugin issue. Have you checked the error.log file of your server? What was the e-mail addresses involved (sender and recipient) in your tests? Contact me privately via my profile page if you want me to check personally your configuration and perform a test.

SO i tried with myself. trying to add my other name with different user and differnt email and calendar. 1. i am trying to change the Event title (free slot) but it doesn’t allow me. no explanation what is the issue. 2. Trying to avoid other team members to access the backend of website in order to authorise. How to get them to authorise their calendar without access backend of WP? Can i set it all up and in a simple click to link them to team booking? 3. I suspect that setting it up as a complex beyond me. Are you able to supply hands on and PAID support? Paying you may save me a few hours of work.

1) Please avoid reports like “it doesn’t allow” or “I’m unable to”: describe the issue instead, the steps you do and what happens.
2) You can’t. May I ask you why are you trying to avoid the backend access for users? Your service providers not necessarily should be administrators. WordPress provides a solid roles and capability system to prevent non-admin users seeing admin-related stuff in the backend. Check my demo site, you can access to the backend but what you see is very limited.
3) I can assist you if you are having troubles with the configuration of the plugin (no charge as long as your support period is not expired), just contact me privately via my profile page. But I’m not available for paid work, I’m sorry.

The only way to not violate the plugin integrity is by using WordPress actions/filters system. TeamBooking provides some hooks for filters and actions, but you can integrate functionalities only to the extent of the hooks already provided (check the developers part of the documentation). Much more hooks will be implemented in the future.
You requests in particular are quite complex, because they don’t need only to hook into the reservation form, but also into many steps of the reservation process. I can’t ensure that you will be able to do such things with future hooks, without customizing the codebase.

How the content of the google event description will be updated can be customized inside the “Personal availavility” settings of each service. Please note that such settings are per-coworker, so if you are multiple service providers then each one of them must change the settings. Inside the “Personal availability” settings you can also turn off the option to add the customer as a guest of the event.

No, that is the additional event title data. Scroll down a little bit, and you will find “Event description content” and “Add customers as guests of the Google Calendar event”.

Hello, is it able to sync with a provider’s calendar? I work with a team of service providers and they provide consultations. And the ideal workflow we would like to achieve with this plugin is like this:
- Customers can request a specific provider to consult with
- We provide the consultants booking page with his google calendar (how will the sync look like? Will customer be able to see the name of the events the consultant scheduled in his google calendar? Or will it just display the time slot as “unavailable”?)
- customer schedules it
- makes payment (what payment gateways are available? are they tied to woocommerce?)
- both the provider and us receive the confirmation email, customer receives a confirmation email with a receipt and a link to reschedule but not cancel
- this booking automatically syncs with the provider’s existing google calendar so that it automatically deletes availability and the provider doesn’t run the risk of getting doubled booked
- after the appointment, service provider gets a confirmation email (so that we can proceed with paying out his fees) and customer gets a followup email (we hope to automate these processes)
Please let me know what’s possible, what’s not possible and whether there are any workarounds for stuff that’s not possible. Thank you!

Ok I took a look the documentation and have the following questions:
By default, the consultants booking pages are not “visible”: meaning, there’s no link to the booking pages in our website > Can this be done?
Instead of using a filtering list for a particular consultant, can I set it such that each consultant will have his own booking page and customers can only see the available booking slots and services from this particular consultant?
For events display: the consultant wishes to have his private events concealed from the customer; meaning, whatever he keys in in his calendar should not be visible to the customer: is this possible?
Can we provide link to reschedule but not cancel? If that is not possible, then the customer can cancel but there will be no refund and then customer goes through a special process where he can make another appointment without paying. *By default, all reservations have to be paid before the reservation is confirmed
Also, from your documentation, it seems like the customer will not receive any receipts?

The admin notification e-mail can be completely customized. This is described in the documentation paragrah 3.5.1, each custom form field you create has a “hook”. Just include such hook in the e-mail content (between square brackets), to have it replaced by the value of such field.
