Hi there, I have read the forum but cant find my exact answer unless I missed it. For my site, my customers will mainly email me to ask for cancellation/rescheduling. My questions:

1) How do I send a one time email with their unique cancellation link? 2) Alternatively how do I manually cancel with the interface?

I see I can send to a page, but I dont have a need for customers to login

Thanks re point 1, I don’t want to include in cancellation email, rather only send manually if customer asks to cancel. Is there a way to trigger a one time email from team booking that allows me to include the cancellation link hook? Just trying to consider all possible ways

You can’t, that would not be a practical workflow (2 rounds of manual e-mail communication with the customer and a final manual action). If you really won’t include the link, then I guess you can just cancel the reservation directly, when/if asked.

Hi there a few quick questions:

1) are there any plans to support invoices I can see this asked a few times 2) If not is there a way to insert into the autoresponder email when someone books a unique id that can be used as a reference when they make a bank transfer as alternative method of payment? I see order id, but it does not populate? Any other idea to generate a unique code per customer booking?

2) You can use the Reservation ID. The Order ID only populates when the customer books more than one slot at once (assuming you have the cart feature turned on).

Hi there. The email cancellation link does not seem to be working. It just loads multiple copies of the website’s logo loads, an un-formatted text navigation bar and nothing else.

WP 5.1.1 Avada 4.0.3 Team Booking 2.5.6

The URL it’s trying to resolve is (checksum & domain removed).

It hasn’t been working for a while with prior versions of WP / Avada & prior plugin version(s). I’ve updated to the WP / Avada / Plugin versions above in the hope the issue resolved, but it did not.

Plugin has otherwise been working fine. Any guidance on what the issue could be is appreciated.

Hi there. Whilst skimming prior posts, I found a suggestion it could be that. I tried numerous templates with a forced refresh on the page, each time (I’m not caching) ... same error.

Source code gets as far as loading the (unformatted) navigation menu then blanks after (brackets removed)

I’ve managed to install the Team Booking plugin on my clients WordPress website but I’m unable to Activate/Delete it!!

No error’s are coming up in the Console so I’m scratching my head with why it’s not working

Running WordPress 5.1.1 PHP: 7.0 (Doesn’t work on PHP 5.6 either)

Any ideas on how to get this running??

I got a question – I want to know if it is possible to get another PlugIn to give my “customers” credit points, like when they buy a workout Flatrate or a 10 credit Workout pass. And if it is possible to set up customers myself? Is it somehow combined with the Users that I could sign up on Wordpress myself? Cause for now everybody is only signing is as a Guest.

1) I don’t understand if you are asking for an already available plugin (in which case the answer is no) or if you are requesting such plugin as a feature…

2) TeamBooking doesn’t manage users directly. It just uses the WordPress user system, so if a reservation is done by a logged-in WordPress user, it is tied to such user. Otherwise (if allowed by the service settings), it is not (“guest”).

I want to translate the team calendar in FRENCH, I have followed the documentation and found a french traduction https://bitbucket.org/vonstroheim/teambooking-translations/, put the team-booking-fr_FR.mo team-booking-fr_FR.po in the LANGUAGES directory but it is absolutely not working….

even if I delete the UK, IT and default files in this directory. ... the wordpress does not reconise anything in this folder

Hi!

The translation system is proven to work pretty solidly (it is a WordPress feature, not a plugin feature). You are mentioning a “LANGUAGES” directory, but in order to identify a directory you need to report a path, so I can understand if you are putting the files in the right one, which is (from the documentation):

wp-content/languages/plugins
.

P.S. the translation files that you found in the repository are pretty old. Have you updated them to the latest release, as illustrated in the documentation?

Ok I was wrong with the directory (I put the files team-booking-fr_FR.mo and team-booking-fr_FR.po in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/team-booking/languages instead of wp-content/languages/plugins NOW it is in the good directory

BUT it is still not working … I have always SELECT and BOOK NOW in english and other things but nothing french.

Where can I find the last version of the fench translation ? I have only one in the link https://bitbucket.org/vonstroheim/teambooking-translations/src

First of all, please ensure that your WordPress language is set to fr_FR. Secondly, as written in the documentation, those files are not maintained by me. So there is no “last version of the french translation”. You have to update it eventually. How? By following the documentation ;)

Hello, Is there a way to make it so the appointment is based off of start time, and not automatically seperated by the duration of the specific service? It would be nice to base the times off of when the client would like the appointment to start staggered by 15/30 minutes. Is there a way to customize the code to allow this option?

1) There is no such feature at the moment.

2) You can customize everything via CSS. How, it mostly depends on your theme (as it is also probably the cause of inconsistencies like white text on light background). If you need some hints, feel free to provide a link.

Is it possible for me to submit a request to make the functionality of letting customers choose start time instead of being proposed a bunch of start times? Also, in the “Customers” section, when exporting to CSV or XLSX, it does not include the customer phone #. This is an issue. Why does the export not include all text from required fields on the form?

Does this plugin support Woocommerce for payments yet? I’ve seen a number of replies saying it’s coming in future?

I’m creating a site for a personal fitness trainer that takes private 1-2-1 sessions and class bookings. Is this plugin suitable for that? The User would need to be able to click a bookable session on the calendar and pay for it in advance.

Not yet, hopefully such feature will be available by version 3.something… I’m not yet working actively on WooCommerce support, as it might cause a rise in the price and I don’t want that for now.

The plugin is suitable for any service that can be offered as timeslot or full-day. You can configure a service to require an immediate payment (via PayPal or Stripe).

Before considering any purchase please read very carefully the online documentation.

Thanks. I hope you would consider implementing WooCommerce in future, it solves so many problems. The client is selling other items on the site, and we’d prefer one trusted checkout system. In addition, I may get other clients in that industry who would want a range of payment methods, but the lack of WooCommerce functionality right now is a problem, so I’d prefer to wait until you do.

What do you precisely mean with “start from scratch with the plugin configuration”. We think we did that but maybe did sth wrong? Can you maybe write us whixh steps to follow?

Starting from scratch means install and configure the plugin, with no migration of settings, database etc.

As I wrote previously, if it’s not about a mismatched migration, then I don’t know what the issue is. Please take time to describe the issue again in details.

Hi, we just fixed that. Problem was that always when we reinstalled teambooking, there were left some basic info about services as it was stored in wp_posts. That wouldnt be problem itself but what the happened is that not all servise info is stored there probably and some of then were reset to default values probably that we did not realize as the most of info was there as it should be. And one of reset values were servise title that was reset to servise name what caused that time slots from calendar wasnt taken by plugin as free slots.

We have problems with setting up teambooking. On the old page, everything worked, also on the temporary page while we were creating it. Then the temporary page has been changed to wordpress multisite and uploaded to brainteaselava.sk. We use 2 google calendars, but in “Slots” only the events from one where the problem might be? In “Coworkers” shows “ready (2)”.

Well, such short timespan would be asking for troubles. You might not be aware of how WordPress manages cronjobs, but they are triggered by site visits. If nobody hits your site pages within such 10 minutes timespan, you will end up with reminders not sent, or sent after the event. Do you have a sufficient density of site visits?

The plugin works very well. Only I still have 1 small problem. The cancellation page does not load the css from my wordpress theme. We use Enfold from Kriesi. “Default template” is not a theme-specific template. Please try with the other ones and let me know.

By the frontend settings i see three options.

1). Default Template 2). Archives 3). Blank no header etc.

All of these options gives me the same results ugly pages xD. Maybe you need my page.php from the theme? I think that i miss the option “Theme adittional template”?

That basically means that your theme is not providing specific page templates, but that is ok.

Then I’m afraid that’s not an issue of the plugin. It’s probably the theme which is not loading the resources for some reason. If you want me to have a closer look at your theme internals, feel free to contact me privately via my profile page. But please, ensure that you are running the latest version of the theme.

Website showing bookings that are not on calendar. Hi Vonstrom see screenshot of my calendar here https://wp.me/a8xxAW-DJ where there is no availability for 30th march. However on the website here https://www.southsafe.ie/online-booking/ the 30th of March is available to book and shows 20 available slots and here on this page it shows the appointment is available but no slots are available https://www.southsafe.ie/upcoming-public-training/. Hi, when an event is booked, I get the reservation email and works fine, except the booking is not automatically updated in the front-end. manual sync on the calendar updates the front end, but must be done for every single booking. In one of the previous comments, it was said “misconfigured” cashing plugins could cause such behavior, but even deactivating my W3 cashing plugin behavior remains the same. What could possibly be the problem? Thank you

Those kind of issues (things that are not in sync) are always related to (misconfigured) cache, unless your database is having issues, for that you need to inspect (or send to me) the error.log file of your server.
