I already generated a new shortcode and it did not solve. How to solve this error? I running the radio website and i really need to sort out this problem ASAP

The player worked for a few minutes but now, whatever I do, no matter how many this I re-register the domain the message “Please registe this domain…” is always there and the player won’t work. having a registration problem all of a sudden after your site went down. i have put registration code and the token and its still telling me when i add the code that i have to be registered.

I am generating my player, I put my purchase code, I generate my token, but when I put in my domain that has been registered it appears the message to register the domain again.
