Yes I have checked it from both my phone and laptop browser. Image sharing I am seeing many other user has shared images. You can check that.

You can’t delete conversation. Where conversation means bunch if messages between two users. I mean you can’t delete all message between two users at a time. You can delete single message not the whole conversation.

Presale question: Is following possible? I have a wp system working. I now make 5 pages/posts on this. Each post/page has the message plugin (via short code) integrated. Page-1: All users should be possible (after registration) to contact receiver-person-1 (not each other! Not see others) who “owns” this page. Same on Page-2: All users should be possible (after registration) to contact receiver-person-2 (not each other! Not see others) ... and so on for all 5 pages/posts. Means each page with the shotcode inside has a specific receiver (or call it owner) only but all users from outside should able to contact them. Question: Can a user from outside contact also 2 different receivers (for example I, as a user want chat via page-1 with receiver-1 AND page-2 with receiver-2 also. How the notification is done? E-Mail? SMS? Thanks.

Using enter key to submit seemed working Ok, but only with google keyboard. (Second image, with AI keyboard, worked only with “past”)

So basically here a honest review from a 6 months Buyer BE CAREFULL PEOPLE.
1. If you are using mysql 5.5 RIGHT NOW , you can’t use it (so all 1&1 ionos and HostGator host user can’t) . I contacted the support you get 2 options :
- giving some unknown developers the ftp where you handle all your informations - waiting for a next update ( but here the second point ) .
2. I bought it 6 month ago with the 1.8 versions, and since i bought it I’M STILL CAN’T BEING ABLE TO USE IT because they didn’t make it possible to translate some word in the PO file.
So here it is : If you are not using mysql 5.6 you can’t use it without giving them personal information ( i kept the chat from support for who is interested ) . If you are not english , you can’t use it with older versions. If you want to activate user messages only for admin your actual user will still able to chat together and it apply only for new users ( i kept the chat from support for who is interested ) .
A part of this, everything works well. But well, does it make a sens ? Good luck for new buyer , second experiences with redq team product maintenance and support , all i can tell you , if everything works find it’s perfect, if you get problems then good luck.

Hello, Let me explain what you can do. First of all our plugin provide a shortcode with multiple attributes like user_idand role. Default it shows a chatbox where every user in your site can chat with another user. If you use user_id params then the user can only send message to that user. You can also add send message button to any user profile page and a notification shortcode also provided. So what you are currently going to do is need a send message to your product page where the customer can send message to the providers. And in your customer and providers dashboard you have to put chatbox shortcode. So if any user send any message then the providers can read the message from his dashboard and the customers will also get his providers reply in his dashboard.

NB: The shortcode is build for wordpress front only and logged in user only. So if you want to use the shortcode in wordpress backend I mean admin panel then it wont work.

In the product page you can put a button to let the user to send message to the vendor. Vendor must have to be a wordpress user. then in the vendor profile you could set the yobro_chatbox shortcode so vendor can check the message and reply to that message. No from the user/customer dashboard customer can continue the chat. So you have to follow few procedure. The plugin is not fully build to this purpose but you can make it working I hope. You just have to follow some procedure I think. User have to login to chat with the vendor.

Can I set this up so that I have a single page with shortcode that displays members a chat room where they can contact only the specific instructor on the site (this can be a custom instructor role person for example). I want site members to only be able to communicate with instructors and not other members.
2nd question: can users upload attachments via chat?
3rd: can I set which roles can use chat? For example I only want subscriber role to have chat access and those users that dont have any role on WP to not be able to use chat.

Yes our plugin has option to upload attachments in chat. But you have to use aws s3 butcket to store your attachments. And the rest of the options not available. You can set a chatbox where every other member can send him messages. But role or any other restrictions is not available currently.
