Hi, when i try to login to your member Area page it says the purchase code is already in use (eve already registered the product on my website, however i did not get any login data). When i try to reset my passwort it does not send an resetmail.

Why is my autoresponder is sending duplicate emails. I’ve checked the list and it’s only using one clean list that has no double ups (I presume this can’t happen anyway). Could this be something to do with my Mandrill delivery method?

nice plugin, i saw your demo, but checkbox has only 1 item ! is it possible to have multiple items ? i want people to select the list (lists) and then select the multiple checkboxes like ( cinema-music-theatre etc ). Maybe different checkboxes will be visible depending on the list they chosen before. Also newsletters sending from admin must be dependable from those checkboxes (example i want to send to people from list journalists that have checked cinema and music only ). Please tell if that all those are possible and i’ll buy the plugin :)

You can let “Users decide which list they subscribe to” in the List Options here.

You can target them in your campaigns later. Also check out segmentation to target your audile even better: https://kb.mailster.co/segmentation-in-mailster/

hi, when editing static content with the auto feature, it’s great to have different custom post types, but very missing the taxonomy list (that are in dynamic). because when you have many post , it’s impossible to navigate…A suggestion for updates…

Problem with Gmail Tabs. I am using Mailpoet 2.0 for many years. Now I have purchased Mailster. Now I have 2 plugins. I have not decided yet if I will use Mailster. Unfortunately, all emails sending by Mailster go to the Gmail Promotions Tab. I have sent the same email from my Mailpoet plugin. It goes to Primary inbox. If I send it with Mailster, it always goes to Updates Tabs. I have the same setting for both plugins. I use PHP mail (also tried MailJet to send emails with Mailpoet but they go to Promotions Tabs. If I use my own PHP mail they go to Primary tabs). DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records are working and verified. I have been testing your plugin for many hours with different settings in order to find out what triggers Gmail algorithm to put an exacly the same email to Updates Tabs. I have tried to send plain text without click-/opening tracking, images, subscribe and other tags. I have deleted all HTML from the template. Even that one goes to Updates tabs. Many times tested with mail-tester.com (score 10/10), https://litmus.com/gmail-tabs and https://www.gmass.co/inbox. The result is always the same. It goes to the Updates Tabs . The same email sent by Mailpoet goes to the Primary tab of all emails of gmass.co. There must be something in the coding of emails which triggers the Gmail algorithm to put it in Updates tabs.

70% of our subscribers are using Gmail ( I wish they used some other email providers.). When our mailing goes to Updates or Promotions Tab will 350 of 550 our subscribers not open our email. In this case it just does not make any sense for us to start using Mailster. I hope you have useful suggestions.

Hi, after writting the above, i took another look into the code. Still couldnt get it to work so i decided that master youtube and some articles were the go. After hours and hours and a over night sleep i got some code – nothing like above – to work. My own simple plugin. So thank you for allowing me to figure it and gain knowledge at the same time. I am using google suite to be able to send more emails but for example out of 110 recipiends 65 are coming with this errors. i called google and change my spf and dkim but im still getting errors doesn anyone get the same errors. i see a lot of comments with the same problem is a bug in the plugin?

Since you only seem to provide support when an issue is made public right here, you leave me no choice. Last contact from you was on 12th of February, where one issue was resolved (truth be told, turned out not to be a Mailster issue) and since then you have ignored two of my emails that simply asked is there any progress or update that I should be aware of since you have access to the staging site.

Using an option “Use Mailster for all outgoing email” is bugged and it used to work fine before. I don’t want to use the option “Use only the template for all outgoing WordPress mails” any longer because it skews the header in new order email so it looks bad in some (if not all) email clients.

I really hope all of this confusion is because your ticket/mail system is bugged, because otherwise it would mean a blatant disregard for a paying customer over and over again. This issue was reported in November and it is still not resolved. I wonder if anything would ever get resolved if it weren’t for this public space that seems to get you going.

Hi When I choose to display Full email header I saw the User agent is: Mailster 2.3.16 (5.2.22)

How can I change the user agent to my domain? For example: User-agent: mydomain.com

I guess it better for inbox delivery, is it right? I also submit few tickets in few days ago but did not see your answer, please help if possible
