I installed your plugin only to be given the white window when going into edit with elementor and i read your fixes to add code to the wp-content file and that did not work as well. Iv been trying for the past 20 mins to make a support ticket through your system but it makes me make a new account, so i did, only to never be sent the confirmation email and i cant log in and i do forget password to get my password only to be told the admin has disabled emails. im rly fustrated and close to asking for a refund ? can you help me please

I purchased your Element Pack and everything is worked fine. The problem is the images doe not have alt attributes.At list in product carousel. I’ve checked the page sourse on bdthemes.net and there is no alt attributes for product images too. What’s wrong? Can it be fixed?

Thank you. Unfortunately not all woocommerce widget has been fixed. Let’s say the new WC product slider. Image ALT tag is empty. Just show alt=”” I believe all woocommerce elements has that bug. You’ve just fixed woocommerce carousel.

Element Pack Pro and Element Pack is same plugin but feature little bit different. Pro for unlimited website + White label features.
Can you tell me how much memory the full suite of addons takes if they are all enabled (including the extra features like parallax and particles). I am looking at using this as a direct replacement for a few other packs I currently have installed and want to know the memory overhead.
Also, I purchased the single site license from Codecanyon yesterday. Is there any way I can upgrade to the Developer or Agency licenses?
Hi, Element Pack needs 256MB max memory but if you have more addons like element pack so you should increase it as per others addon needs.
Actually there are now way to upgrade from envato license but we can give a discount for it.
Thanks for the reply, but that was not what I asked. I have many other plugins that my site relies on and I have a memory limit of 512MB. I was hoping you could tell me what you plugin needs in regards to memmory overhead, not what you suggest the maximum PHP memory limit should be (as of course this would only take your plugin into account).
If I decide to continue with Element Pack, what discount could you offer on the Developer and Agency upgrades for example?

Hi, Just bought and installed on a staging site. (other name than production). Not already registred because i am not shure thahttps://codecanyon.net/sign_int i can delete the registration/license on the staging site before i destroy and reactivate it on the production site.
