I’ve come across an odd bug. I use a bunch of plugins, and noticed that mailster suddenly stopped working, complaining about a “parser error”. So i removed one by one all plugins to see what causes the trouble, but even till i only had Mailster active, i got this error message. So i thought it was maybe the new theme i am using, so i changed my theme, and TATAA, everything was working again. To make sure it’s a problem with the theme so i can contact the autor i changed back, but… the plugin was STILL working!

So i turned one ofter another plugin on again, and mailster was running as susual, but suddenly at the 5th plugin (or so..), i got the parserer problem again.

To fix this, i have to deactivate all plugins, change the theme once, and it runs again.

So i activated just mailster and eforms (the one that cause the problem before) but both have been working fine. So again i added my plugins after after another, and this time my SEO tool cause mailster not to function any longer.

I absolutely have no clue at all what’s causing the issue, i just wanted to let you know, since 2 mates i recommended to use mailster face the same issues. One of my client whom I also conficed to use mailster, has no trouble at all.

And no, i can’t open a ticket in you forums, since my support expired, and i’m not going to pay 50 $ to hand you a bug report

Hi is this only for newsletters? Is there a way to feed all WordPress transactional emails through it? I ask because you mention in other comments that you can throttle emails per hr in a queue. That would be a really helpful feature to know all emails from my site are keeping under eg 100 per hr (host’s smtp limit) and queued up if that cap is met. Is that possible?

Question: is it possible with Mailster, to receive an email that has content, automatically reformat it and then send it out to the mailing list?

Any plans to have e-commerce analytics or some type of conversion tracking for the emails?

I believe that, once a received campaign-email is viewed in a browser, it is not responsive and it doesn’t load images (do I need to “attach images” in the campaign options?). Please double check.

Initially I loved what this brought to my website, but the support is lagging beyond any thought of thorough.

I need a captcha for my sign in…

So I download BOTH of the captcha plugins that are offered by Mailster… neither one works… so I moved EVERYTHING to a FRESH install of WP, and neither one still works.

After neither worked initially I submitted a support ticket – nothing for 3 days, and then a follow up that the plugin had received an update – I’ve already go the new update.

So I responded with that information.

24 hours later, whoever is responding didn’t take the time to read ANY of my initials support tickets or the FOLLOW UPS and tells me that I could try either of the two plugins captcha plugins that Mailster offers.

I write back on the same day (Feb 8th)... and sill no response.

The plugin seems like it’s great… but the support is lacking, and yet I’m asked if I’d want to EXTEND my support…

I guess EVERYONE needs to, because most of the support time is needed just for a response.

Spam with Mailster is becoming an issue I’ve never had before with any other email plugin.

Is there any special reason why you ignore ticket requests? I hate to drag it out here in the comments, but apparently this is the only way to get your attention, since my original ticket is being ignored since 12th of January and my subsequent ticket (about the original ticket) is left unseen since 24th of January.

What is the point of paying for the plugin and the support if I barely receive any? About a month ago I have provided access to the staging site to finally find what is the problem that is causing multiple issues on my site, but no updates and emails ignored. Original post date of the ticket? 16th of November LAST YEAR.

Hi, I’ve been using Mailster for some long now but lately when I try to edit or save a newsletter or an autoresponder I get 404. I did an update to the latest version but still nothing. Any clues for a fix?

Seeing as you don’t support Polylang, will I still be able to use the plugin on my Polylang site but just use my main language? Or will this cause issues?
