I bought the plugin 3 years ago, and I did not have the time to set it up properly… Now I do, but my licence is not shown on the mailster site. I had it connected to freehappyhuman.com and I disconnected it to connect it to fhh.gr . Now I cannot use it. Can you help?
they fixed it… after blaming me , and vaguely flasely acusing me for abusing the license. Really no idea of what customer relations is for…

We didn’t blame you we just told you how to reset your password on your account so you can access your license. We have also told you that you cannot use the license on a second site which is defined by the Envato license terms.

The only explanation you gave for why you removed my acount was “you can use your license code on one site only!”
The previous site was both de-registered and uninstaled before I instaled the new one. And you are still trying to place blame on your customer. I do not need to read the terms again, maybe you need to read up on what a customer is. Try wikipedia… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer-relationship_management
You NEED to have trained customer support personel!!! Just a good plugin is not good enough. And the plugin is good. Really good, a bit too many options, and really unproffecional CR.

Right now your license is not assigned to a site or a user so you should be able to sign in and assign it to your site. If you have problems I’m happy to assist.

PRE-PURCHASE Hi, my EVENTS CPT has ACF date field repeaters. So the same event can have multiple dates. Do you think it would be possible to display my event dynamically depending on their dates in the newsletter ? thanks

I’m not sure how this plugin stores the data so I cannot give an answer atm. It most likely requires some extra coding.

I don’t think the plugin is GDPR ready.
GDPR requires you to provide the subscriber a secure way how to access and edit her data. This plugin does that by inserting link to email where subscriber can reach her profile and edit it. But email is not considered as secure environment to send personal data.
The other way is the to access the plugin profile page by user who is logged in the wordpress. But the plugin does not provide the way to automaticaly create wordpress user for a new subsriber and this option does not work even if you do it manually.
So if I understand it correctly, the plugin is usable under GDPR only if you collect email addresses and nothing more as there is no profile necessary.

You can use the native export method to get the user data by email address. This doesn’t require an existing WordPress User. Subscribers can edit their data via the profile.

Hi, I knew all of that and none of it is the solution. You have to give the subscriber a SECURE way how to access and EDIT her data any time. There is no way how to do it now. Export is not even close, the profile is unsecure. By sending unprotected access via email, you break the GDPR requirements.
The only solution would be if you’d have the profile under user password. The password can be created on the first access the same way as lost password in wordpress.

It’s done and they told me to contact you… Sorry but i can manage all my CPT in Admin Column but unfortunately none of your plugin. SUBSCRIBERS should be displayed in their edit menu like the others. So i have no choice to manually modify subscriber.table.class, it works but my column is not sortable as i would like.
Maybe because subscribers are not a CPT?
Yes but as you use WP_List_Table i tought Admin Column could manage it also

Depending on what you need it’s most likely more than a simple argument change. While in general we do support in our support area we do not provider customization.

Every column is sortable if possibile. If its not possible it requires extra coding and cannot be done by a simple argument. We would add it by default id this is possible.
if i insert custom content (alpha strings) in an existing column (status or signout), it’s no sorted correctly. If i add a new sortable column and insert my custom content, the table get empty when i click on sort.

Mailster supports RTL but your template must also support it. Mailster comes with own forms but you can use a dedicate popup plugin for more customization.

Stopped working template editor shows fuzzy page. NowI have to pay 47 bucks to get it working again, I suppose

Ahh good, thank you. I’m wondering if Mailster can do this: users select tags they are interested in, and the content of the newsletter sent to each user only contains posts with the tag(s) they have chosen.
If not, does Mailster have an api that would allow me to write something that would fill in the content of the newsletter per recipient?

You can manage lists with Mailster and send your campaigns with specific content to this lists afterwards. You have to predefine your lists upfront though.
