Hi I want to apply discounts to third party plugins. The plugin is Builderios UNI CPO, that generates a custom price based on selected optios. https://builderius.io/cpo/.
Hi alenarmona, I’m sorry but to customize third part plugins behavior, you need to contact the author of the other plugin. WooCommerce B2B calculate discount on the fly starting from default WooCommerce price fields. If other plugins modifies default behavior, you need to contact the author to try to customize it
I know that, but you could let me which filter can i apply in order to edit the other plugin.
Hi alenarmona, please send me an email on supporto@code4life.it, in this way I can answer you with details about price discounts process. Thanks for collaboration, best regards
Hi, how can i request more fields in register form? For approve user registration, the process is in the User->Groups section and the admin need to assing to a group? thats all?
Hi alenarmona, you can add more fields in registration form by using the hook: apply_filters( ‘wcb2b_register_form_fields’, $fields ); described in included documentation. To approve users you first have to enable “Moderate registration” in WooCommerce B2B settings page and then in Users -> User profile
Pre-sale questions:
1) Am I able to set a specific price for each product for each user level? Or am I restricted to a percentage off only?
2) I need to be able to send invoices to my wholesale accounts also. What would be best to incorporate this?
Thank you!
Hi Colourstone, right now with WooCommerce B2B you can set only a percentage discount by group. Usually, I suggest to manage invoices by third part CRM and not with WooCommerce, but the are a lot of plugins to do that. In this case, don’t worry, WooCommerce B2B would be compatible without any problem
Pre-purchase question.
I run woocommerce business website at the moment and I would like to set 5 wholesaler group and want to set different discount rate on each group such as 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30%.
Also want to control on each product or category that is able to apply those discount rate or not.
Is it possible on this plugin?
Thanks.
With WooCommerce B2B you can create all groups you want and assign different percentage discounts, so the answer to your first question is yes. But unfortunately, you cannot choose on which category or product apply the discount, it’s for all catalog products
How does the product listing handle product variations please?
Hi Souvraya, can you explain me better what do you mean please? Best regards
Hi,
Can i have different prices by user roles?
Thanks
Hi equalitygr, you can have different prices only by applying percentage discounts by customer group. For more info, please take a look to live demo to have a test drive. Best regards
Heya Code4lifeitalia, I’ve sent you a message yesterday about potential help setting this up (with my theme / Porto Theme WP). Did you have the chance to read it?
I am making a store for B2B only and need to have various prices for the same product when selling with volume quantity of 10/50/250 etc…
Also, I need to verify the VAT numbers and Professional License numbers of my future clients. How do I manage this?
Grazzie
Hi, I sent you a mail yesterday to have some clarifications…
Is this plugin specifically designed for B2B commerce in the EU? I see mentions of VAT in the demo and within the comments. What is involved in customizing this for use in the US?
Hi zeeside, VAT number is a general text field, so it doesn’t have any kind of restriction about validity. So you can use it also in not EU countries. Please check it in demo. Best regards
Thanks for the response. Do the registration form modifications (additional fields etc.) affect the main registration form? Ideally I would like the B2B registration form to be separate from the main registration form which I intend for B2C users to use. I’ve noticed someone else ask about this, but just need to double-check.
You’re welcome! Yes, the option “Extend registration form with billing fields” and it affect the main WooCommerce registration form. So, you can separate B2B and B2C customers only after registration (by group assignment). Best regards
My concern here is fields like “VAT” and “Company Name” for instance should not be visible to B2C users. Can you suggest a workaround for that?
Consider that WooCommerce B2B is projected and developed for B2B purposes. Coexistence with B2C is a compromise. To workaround, you can use WooCommerce hooks to make these fields not required, for example, because it’s not possible to know in advance if user that want to register can be a B2C or a B2B customer.
Ok. Final question, how do I supress all changes made to the registration form (ie. the original registration form remains intact/untouched after installing your plugin)? I’m okay with using Ninja forms or some other form builder to register B2B users on a separate form. I imagine the numerous other valuable functionalities from your plugin will still function even if B2B users are onboarded using this strategy?
Yes, of course your solution works. To not impact on registration form, it’s enough to disable the options “Add billing data to registration form” and “Customers can login only after admin approvation”, in this way the registration form works as WooCommerce default. All other WooCommerce B2B features still works also if you insert users in other way, it’s enough that they have “customer” role.
ok. thanks for the information.
You’re welcome! Regards
Compliments of a powerful & useful Plugin.
Pre-Sales Qtn if you don’t mind.
Is the Plugin compatible with Porto WooCommerce Theme ?
https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399Thanks.
Hi Peaceoneart, right now WooCommerce B2B hasn’t incompatibility problems with themes, don’t worry! Best regards
Thanks.
Does Plugin allow ‘Bulk Pricing’ adjustment eg decrease the price with quantity ?
Hi Peaceonearth, I’m sorry, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature
Hi
Can one still run normal B2C functionality alongside this plugin? In other words, B2C customers see a normal retail price while B2B customers see wholesale prices for the same products?
Hi fullstopcom, if your only goal is to have different prices for B2B and B2C, you can do it. With WooCommerce B2B, you can assign percentage discounts to groups and assign customers to groups. So, all guest users will see WooCommerce product default price, while registered and logged in customers will see the prices discounted of the percentage assigned to their group. To understand if WooCommerce B2B can adapt to your project, take a look at the demo and try to configure it as you prefer to fully understand all the features of WooCommerce B2B. I hope you can be useful in your projects. Best regards
Hi, thanks for your plugin, works great! But also I need customization. Is there any way how to display prices in some product categories permanentnly without login?
Hi trueweb_sk, thank you very much! Unfortunately, right now there are no options or hooks to do that, because hidden prices feature impact on many aspects, such as structured data, WooCommerce hooks, purchases, widgets and so on… I’m sorry! Best regards
Will you be updating the plugin soon… to be compatible with WordPress 5 and wooCommerce 4.5.x?
you can view WooCommerce B2B running with the latest versions. Best regards
Hi, I tried your demo but i think its not working right, or I dont know maybe. I opened an incognigo browser and create one account from frontend and with another browser i tried to go to backend and change user status to active to approve it but it throws an error saying its “invalid user”.
Hi alexiirj, thanks for your reporting! I just carried out the same test, but all is working done: I registered from frontend and enabled the new account from backend (with two different browsers). Consider that every hour database was restored, maybe you tried during the restart. Please, try again! Best regards
thanks for your response, yes i was able to do it now. So, I submitted a form in the frontend, in the backend i got that request and change the status to active, how is the user notified? now i didn’t get any email with the link to login now. how does that go down? can I set it to send email notification that you have been approved? and then I have a some variable content that changes in each notification, so is there a way to edit that email notification if any?
Hi alexiiry, in the demo I blocked sending emails to prevent it from being used for spam, it’s ok! Every time that the customer status change from inacrive to active, an email will be send to customer to notify him (not in demo of course). Notification is the same for every customer, but you can customize it by using WordPress hooks. Best regards
thank you I went ahead and made a purchase. question, how can i only show the user the user and password of your form and the rest of my own custom form? I know how I can show them my form, but is there a way to call only “choose username and password” field from your form in my custom form? I trying to use activate functionality of your plugin only
my friend, i think i got the answer of my own question. :)) thank you for your amazing plugin
Hi alexiirj, I’m glad you resolved and thank you for appreciation! Enjoy with WooCommerce B2B!
Hello! Will this plugin work with Wordpress 5.0.x?
Hi alexandrromanov, yes, WooCommerce B2B works with WP5. You can view it working on the demo! Best regards
Hi! I need to change and translate the text “Please, login to see prices and buy” — where can I do that?
Hi kronikon, you can change this text by using the hook: apply_filters( ‘wcb2b_login_message’, string $message ); To more infos, you can refer to WooCommerce B2B documentation (included in your download package), at section: PLUGIN API AND HOOKS > LOGIN MESSAGE TEXT To translate WooCommerce B2B, you can follow the instructions in documentation, at section: HOW TO TRANSLATE If you have any doubt, don’t hesitate to contact me Best regards
Thank you for your fast reply! I have done the steps mentioned in the documentation but I still see the English text on the Greek version of the site too: http://104.248.248.121/shop/metalize/δαντέλα-χρώμα/ — Am I missing something?
Hi kronikon, I cannot know what’s wrong if I do not know what you did Please, send mail me at supporto@code4life.it explaining point by point what you did and send me also a dedicated FTP access to verify. Best regards
Thanks, just sent an email — looking forward to your reply!
Hi
Im still happy with your plugin.
I need a small fix if possible in regards the email where new user registration is send to.
Send email to admin on every new customer account registration
When a customer create an account, an email is send to admin to inform him.
I need to change that email. is there anyway to do that with code? I dont want to change the main admin email from wordpress.
Thanks so much for your help.
And good luck for this year and many succes for zour buissness
Hi excon,
I’m glad to hear that
You can easily manage this kind of email by code, using WordPress default hook:
apply_filters( ‘wp_new_user_notification_email’, $wp_new_user_notification_email, $user, $blogname );
(defined in wp-includes/pluggable.php), where in $wp_new_user_notification_email[‘message’] you can find the email body. For more informations, please refer to:

Hi I would like to buy the vs plug in WooCommerce B2B. I already have a woocommerce site with prices and products. I need the price of SOME products (not all) to be hidden only for registered users.
thanks
Hi davidardito, WooCommerce B2B is able to hide prices to all products only. Best regards
Hi, we are looking for a plugin like yours but for multi merchant (so it would be like a B2B marketplace). Does your plugin support marketplace extensions like WC-Marketplace, WC Vendors, Dokan etc? If yes, then your plugins seems to be the answer of our need.
Hi masdidie, I’m sorry but right now WooCommerce B2B cannot support multivendors
Thanks for instant reply… please notify me if maybe in next development of your plugin, you have a solution for our need. Best regards.
Of course! Best regards
Nice features. But is this plugin does. different price for different Specific user. and that price will be visible through out the store when that customer will logged in. This plugin also supports Multi user account? Mean When User B order something User A has to approve it first?
Hi, WooCommerce B2B offers the capability to manage percentage discounts according to customers group. Shop manager can approve customer registration, but not orders. Best regards
just only group? or specific individual customer? Shop manager mean Admin? I am talking about if i have a Company XYZ. XYZ company has user ABC and user DEF, When user DEF places an order. User ABC will receive notification to approve it.
Hi, discount is applied by group, if you need you can create a group for each customer as workaround. Yes, shop manager can means admin (is a admin role). I’m sorry, but ther isn’t any kind of orders approvation. To know all WooCommerce B2B features, please take a look to demo, on which you can make all tests you want Best regards
Thanks Apperciated
Hi, I am looking for a plugin that allow me to have two different registration forms. One that will require approval from admin (B2B) and another that does not require approval (B2C). Is your plugin able to manage that? Thanks.
Hi maidot, WooCommerce B2B is a plugin oriented to B2B, so it doesn’t support this kind of feature. It provide the capability to extend the default WooCommerce registration form and to activate the registration moderation, but not to differentiate the registration in two forms, I’m sorry
No problem. I mean, it’s fairly simple to develop this, but it’s just a matter of saving time developing it if eventually your plugin already allowed that.
