Yes. It change the WordPress admin style to make it looks different from default style.
Custom CSS part is not working, no css code is output, i even tried body {display:none} as a test – but its all still showing.
Also hide footer text is not taking priority (some other plug in is changing this text but your tick box still doesn’t remove the text completely)
