If you remember your proposal that Customer should be able to Add Task using Mobile Interface instead of using the customer portal. Many of our customer would not like to use desktop to just add task for drivers. so any plan ?
hmmm my plan is to have a customer app that they can book a service not add a task just like the current panel

So when I send the translation, it gets the white screen and does not produce any errors in the Apache logs, so I’m totally lost. I’m translating the web part.

hello again the auto assignment sending to all offline and online drivers while the offline option is disabled in auto assignment

one more thing the task in auto assignment comes to only two drivers first and after three to four minutes comes to the others
you need to run the cron jobs every minute

at the moment there is no options like this
remember the settings we have has 2 options
its either to assign from nearest driver or send to all using auto assigment

Push notifications on android: a) it does not vibrate or make any sound b) push logs says process c) driver sees new task only when manually refresh app d) driver see push messages only when refresh notification tab e) mu plugin version is <gap:plugin name=”phonegap-plugin-push” source=”npm” spec=”2.1.2” />
2. Task related emails go into junk folders
3) When I change push/sms/email massage templates from notifications settings in the customer dashboard and save changes, I still have the old message templates used on SOME of the new notifications.

1. first of all we are using firebase now in push notification and it seems the push plugin version does not vibrate in android 8 but vibrate in old android like 5
as the old push version does not work anymore in android 8 and its already deprecated i mean the gcm
2. we don’t have control over this
check your sender make sure its not a dummy email
or use any email provider like elastic
3. hmmm can you verify? this is only saving of push template

the task will auto refresh once you receive the push so make sure the push is working
this will trigger the refresh task in driver panel once you receive the push with new task
and don’t forget to run your cron jobs that will process the push

Basti, how about another Admin up that accepts and assigns task, like the one in KMRS. Consider this as you work on the customer app.

However your customer portal is mobile responsive but customer wants add task features through mob app only….pls do something Basti.

on the task list there is a name for driver i think i forgot adding number of task in driver right panel
