are you using search by location? i think you can put delivery fee already based in your delivery charge
Hello, looking at the menu as admin, I had a doubt .. Because I have to translate it from English into Spanish, there are a couple of options that would mean the same to me! but in English they are different things! The first is Delivery Charges Rates, according to my translation into my language, this is the% of money that must be charged for sending the food order from a restaurant to the consumer.
The second is Minimum Order Table, in Spanish it translates as the minimum that a customer can spend or consume in food “Inside” a restaurant, but analyzing carefully the description of what it means or what it refers to “Minimum Order Table” I see which is similar to “Delivery Charges Rates”
The question, in which cases are each of these options used?
If you could explain to me in a few words the difference between one and the other and thus be able to grasp the idea of each option!

1. deliver charges is the delivery fee that you will charge for customer depends on distance
2. Minimum Order Table is the minimum amount per distance that can customer make an order
example if customer distance is 2miles and in your table
distance = 1 to 3 minimum order = 100
this means that customer cannot proceed the order if the minimum order is below 100

1. merchant type should be membership
2. enabled paypal in admin -> Payment Gateway Settings
3. login to merchant panel and you will see the paypal

and set your default currency
in admin -> settings -> address & currency -> Currency Code

the cancel order in admin menu is not turn of by default you need to edit your admin account in admin -> user list -> tick the access to menu Cancel Orders and then logout then relogin again
take note you need to logout then re login again so that the menu cancel order will appear in admin panel

Hi Basti, I think we need another Merchant Signup option, Member + Commission. See what I mean below:
Some merchants will provide their own delivery and others will not. For those that will not provide delivery, we can have an independent delivery service provider to handle delivery for them, but how do we collect delivery fee for that independent provider per order?
I suggest 1 of following options:
1: Driver app team admin can set delivery rates for merchants they deliver for, from the driver portal, that way, the system can separate delivery fee from food fee, and admin will collect all delivery fees and pay the delivery team.
OR
2. A – For Commission merchants, we can have 2 commission rates, -a. for merchants who do their own delivery and -b. for merchants who will need another party to do delivery, that way we can have higher commission here so that we separate delivery fee and pay delivery party…
2. B – For registered Prepay members, we can have 2 options as well… -a. Membership fee for merchants who provide their own delivery, -b. Membership fee + Commission per order so that the commission could be the delivery fee that goes to the independent delivery provider.
Or any other option to collect delivery fee will be nice.
