Hi, I have just bought and installed on my website; but there is a little confusing about “Transfer Type” there is a fixed type selections like; One Way, Return, and Return (new ride)... on your system there is no problem one way selection. BUT On a big transfer websites like kiwitaxi and suntransfers etc. if customer selects a “return transfer” system adds a both way transfer fee. and asks a return date and time. In yours not opening return and date selection. Yes when I select return(new ride) it is opening but in this option. So my problem and question is Why there is 2 (two) option for return? little confuses the customers and me! I want to disable Type of Return for example but there is not an option to disable transfer types.
Can you help me this?

Hi there, I checked you plugin and its wonderful plugin. I have some question before purchase.
1. In your plugin way points (from google map) are between Pickup location and Drop location, is this possible to put way points after drop location? I mean first Pickup location then Drop location and then way points.
2. Is this possible to restrict user to fill the time after some hours of the current time or restrict the user to fill date after a given date or current date? I mean if I set validation that time must be after 2 hours and current time is 3 AM then time must be selected 5 AM, 6 AM and so on. Same with date.
3. Is this possible to make a round trip? I mean if user select a Pickup location, Drop location and way points, then for round trip the end location automatically added at last that is Pickup location.
4. Is this possible to add a Return date and Return date must be based on distance? I mean if user select Drop and Pickup then calculate the distance and restrict to user that select return date accordingly. This mean that if user try to pickup date and return date as same and on distance its not possible then alert to user.
5. Is this possible to modify details (Drop , pickup, dates) on car listing page?
6. Is this possible to add a location field on “Contact details” section for local pickup address? I mean user can add there local address like home address or office address in “Contact details” section. And a option to Airport pickup or Railway Station pickup. The local address must be from google map and address show only form pickup location city.
If all these functionality are possible with your plugin then I am very happy to purchase your plugin.
Or if all these functionality are not possible with your plugin, then is there any way by customization we can achieve all these functionality?
One more feature need to ask. 7. Can we add our own logics for calculation of fare? Like minimum km to be charged per day 250km * Rs 8/km
8. Can we add some extra kilometers depending on kilometers. Like user enter Pickup, Drop and way points and kilometer (by map) is 250 then, so we set for that pickup point +50 kilometers extra so result must show 300 kilometers.
9. Also can we set different per km price for different cars?

Plugin is integrated with wooCommerce in two areas: payments (you can use all methods and configuration from wooCommerce) and orders (each order from plugin ais wooCommerce order as well). Due the unique nature of each booking, integration between routes and products make no sense. Let me know if you have further questions.

Presales question: Can this be configured in order to just capture the requested dates etc., in order for us to then contact the customer with a quote? So they enter all their details, and instead of paying (or being shown how much it’ll cost), it’ll submit and we can quote them?

Greetings, Pre purchase question: Your plugin is great. I want to have it integrated into my site. However I’m not sure if it’s possible like I want, so just to make sure before I purchase. I want on my landing page a simple hero scene, with the google autocomplete location input, pickup date/hour. Based on those results, that the user is redirected to the result page with available cars at that location or close to that location. Similar to booking.com’s search.

Your plugin seems to be very similer in appearance and functionality to my “Chauffeur” theme on Themeforest, but different enough that I have no problem with this.
My problem is that you’ve given your already very similer item exactly the same name as my theme which results in a lot of confusion to customers. I have multiple customers per week asking me if your “Chauffeur” plugin is related to my “Chauffeur” theme, asking if I’m the author and what the differences between the two items are. It would be appreciated if you could change the name of the plugin to something more original to prevent further confusion for my customers and yours.

As both your Theme and our Plugin covers the same subject – rent a chauffeur. It is difficult to expect some elements to be radically different. The item name should be as descriptive as possible, and given the fact that it is niche product it’s hard to find a word other than the ‘chauffeur’ that clearly defines it.
We understand that there may be some misunderstandings, but if it was a theme on the same market, we certainly would not have given it the same name. Thank you.

The definition of the word “Chauffeur” is “a person employed to drive a private or hired car”.
So you can use any of the alternative names I’ve suggested above, or something completely different which you can think of yourself.
My point is that by being lazy with your product naming it’s confusing and frustrating for my customers and yours.
