I have a specific technical question regarding the coupon system: does this plugin uses native WooCommerce Coupon objects during the checkout process, or does it use its own custom coupon engine?
I need to integrate an affiliate plugin (like Coupon Affiliates – Affiliate Plugin for WooCommerce) so that my partners can track when their specific coupon codes are used for a booking. For this to work, the booking needs to be recognized by WooCommerce as a standard ‘Order’ with the coupon meta-data attached.

Our plugin includes own “Coupon” module, however you can enable “Add to Cart” option in the plugin and treat each booking as WC product (and use coupons from wooCommerce).

1: Does your system support Stripe “authorize only” (manual capture) instead of immediate charge? - I need the payment to be authorized (on hold) and only captured after booking approval.
2: If a booking is rejected or cancelled, will the Stripe authorization be automatically voided (released)? Or do I need to manually cancel the authorization?
3: Is the booking fully integrated with WooCommerce orders and statuses? For example: - Booking approved → WooCommerce order completed/processing - Booking rejected → WooCommerce order cancelled
4: Does the system prevent double bookings for the same vehicle and time slot? Is availability managed per driver/vehicle?
5: Is it possible to set a time limit for booking approval? For example: If the booking is not approved within 1–2 hours, it should be automatically cancelled.

1,2) These features are not supported, but – I suppose – that it could be achieved by WooCommerce Stripe payment plugin. You can use it after enabling WC support in the plugin (via one click).
3) Yes.
4) Yes. The availability is set for a vehicle.
5) This feature is on our TODO list and will be added in one of the future releases.

We are using the latest version 8.9 of the Chauffeur Booking System with a valid license. The main booking page works fine, but the widget mode ([chbs_booking_form booking_form_id=”10007” widget_mode=”1”]) does not pass the pickup and dropoff locations to the booking page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place widget shortcode on homepage (inside Revolution Slider or a normal page – same result). 2. Fill pickup & dropoff addresses using Google autocomplete. 3. Click “Book” – redirects to /booking/ but location fields are empty. 4. Console shows: google.maps.places.Autocomplete is deprecated and google.maps.DirectionsService is deprecated.
Errors in Query Monitor (PHP 8.3):
· Undefined array key “extra_time_value” in CHBS.Vehicle.class.php:1630 · Undefined array key 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 in CHBS.BookingForm.class.php:7172 · file_get_contents(ipstack.com) 429 Too Many Requests
What I tried:
· Updated to v8.9 · Enabled all required Google APIs (Maps JS, Geocoding, Places legacy, Places API New, Routes API) · Added Map ID (JavaScript, Raster) · Confirmed API key restrictions include all necessary APIs · Tested without Elementor / Revolution Slider (same issue) · Downgraded to PHP 7.4 – warnings disappear but locations still not passed
The widget does not create the hidden fields .chbs-field-pickup-location (visible fields are pac-target-input only). The main booking page works perfectly when accessed directly.
Please advise if there is a patch or a setting I’m missing. The Google Maps deprecation warnings and PHP 8 array key errors seem to be breaking the data transfer.

I’m considering purchasing your plugin for a client and need to ensure it fully matches their requirements.
My client operates a luxury car rental service with driver, mainly for transfers to ski resorts. The booking process must handle several key parameters:
- Pick-up location and destination
- Date and time
- Number of passengers
- Type and quantity of luggage or equipment (e.g. ski gear)
Based on all these inputs, we need the system to automatically:
1. Filter and display only the suitable vehicles (capacity, luggage constraints, etc.) 2. Show real-time availability 3. Provide an accurate price calculation 4. Allow direct online booking
Can your plugin handle this type of dynamic vehicle selection and filtering based on multiple conditions? Or can we restrict vehicle selection automatically instead of letting the user choose any vehicle?
Also, is it fully compatible with multilingual setups (especially French)?

Yes, that’s correct. The plugin displays vehicles that meet the specified requirements (number of passengers and suitcases). Please note that the ‘ski equipment’ field is not available in step #1 of the booking form; it can only be added to step #3.

2,3) I have never used this tool before, but our plugin uses the native WP methods to translate. The .po/.mo files are included and also translated in French.

My business is private transfers with fixed prices per route and per vehicle type. For example: - Orly Airport to Paris: Sedan 90€ / Van 110€ / Van XL 120€ - CDG Airport to Paris: Sedan 90€ / Van 110€ / Van XL 120€ Important: the customer must choose both the pickup and drop-off points from a predefined list (no free text input). Can I configure this exactly using the Flat Rate service? One predefined route, multiple vehicles, each with its own fixed price?
Could you also share 1 or 2 examples of websites using your plugin with this Flat Rate setup, so I can see it in action before purchasing?

Good evening, dear developers. I have conducted a small analysis with customers. It is very difficult for customers to fill out the booking form when placing an order. This is especially true for older customers. Many customers do not understand how to proceed to the second step of booking and selecting a car. It would be great to add “back” and “next” buttons instead of arrows.
The second step, choosing a car, is easy, but the third step, registration, is not. They fill in their name and email address and try to proceed to the third step without noticing the login and password. The login and password are difficult for adults to create. The registration step needs to be simplified. I have two suggestions.
1. Leave only the input of name, email and phone number. Without login and password. Use the possibilities of WooCommerce where instead of login is used mail address and temporary password is sent to the mail address. Would like to use such a variant of settings with support of WooCommerce.
2. Enter your email address, mobile phone number, and register using the verification code on your phone. Also, log in to your account using the SMS code. I am using the “WooCommerce Support” plugin settings. I would like to use the phone number registration plugins for WooCommerce with these settings.
I would like to completely remove the fourth step, “application review”. If I use the “WooCommerce support” settings instead of sending to the cart.
Today, people don’t like to read a lot or watch long videos. I think it’s wrong, but it’s a reality. That’s why people want the simplest steps when ordering. It should be very quick. Minimal actions, quick registration, and online payment if available.

Hello. I’m using the plugin in conjunction with WooCommerce. Instead of a long registration process for new customers, I would like to see only the phone number, SMS verification, name, and email. The long registration process is discouraging customers. If I use only WooCommerce, I can connect additional plugins for customer registration via phone, but I cannot connect these plugins when using the plugin and WooCommerce together. Is there a way to disable the standard registration process in your plugin and WooCommerce and enable the use of WooCommerce plugins for new user registration? Could you please add this feature to future versions?
