Questions before purchase: 1. On my server I disabled PHPmailer. I need to know that it will work with SMTP server (office 365) Only. 2. I need RTL support. I didn’t find themes with RTL support but have CSS/HTML knowledge. Do I will have the ability to create one without override by system? and if so, and I will need specific support about that – Do you support me? 3. Later, after I will be sure it’s working perfect, I will need to buy licenses for all / most of my customers – any special price for agency \ multi licenses?

- Mailster uses PHPmailer mostly to send mails but also to prepare them for sending. If the email provider supports a WEB API you don’t need an SMTP connection. If you need SMTP you have to go with PHPmailer.
- Mailster support RTL but there’s currently no official template available.
- We do not offer developer licenses at the moment (Read more why)
I want to buy your newsletter plugin, but its impossible to find this info, and no single plugin offer that absolutely basic feature: is it possible to add a simple opt out or opt in to various list checkboxes in the user dashboard?

What if we would like to build a function like this:
1) A newsletter can compose newsletters picking blog posts to include in the newsletter.
2) we do not want the user to copy and paste the blog to include in the newsletter. We would like our user to select from a list of blogs (We will set up a special blog section. And the system will read from the section what are the new blog posts) to include in the newsletter.
Do you have any advice on how we can achieve this?

I have a question related to Autoresponder section of your plugin.
I want to know if we want to send a welcome newsletter to every user at the time he register on our website, then should we have to select the subscribers list or we do not need to select any subscribers list?

Autorespond newsletter will only deliver to the users who has subscribed to our newsletter?

I have solved the issue already at my end after couple of tries in settings.
Just few suggestions as buyer. 1. Kindly update your documentation and also your FAQ about autoresponder settings. Mention there that Selection of subscribers is necessary for autoresponder. This is not mentioned in your help content for autoresponder.
A buyer always try to do the things at his own end and doesn’t want to come to help if all the contents are perfectly explained.
2. As you entertain your presale questions here (to make new buyers), kindly also entertain your buyers who already purchased your item. Support system is good when the issues are major and buyer really looking for your technical help. Providing small information right here is better than forwarding them to your support system to create support ticket and wait for days if the problem could be solve just in seconds.
I have bought your plugin years ago and this was the first time i ever came here to ask a little information that was not properly mentioned in your document.

Selecting subscribers is essential for each campaign. If you haven’t select any subscriber what’s the purpose of the campaign than?
We like to keep our support related topic on our platform which helps to keep track on things and validate purchases from customers as Envato doesn’t have the tools to do so. We also have experience that small questions are getting big ones which should get handled in a dedicate ticket for the reasons mentioned.
If you bought Mailster (MyMail) years ago it is/was a bargain as you still get updates for free. So charging extra for support seems legit and is also forced by Envato.

I have a 3000 subscribers with some custom fields (zip code, country, city, structure…) and i want to create some mailing lists for specific country, or other criterias.
