Hi there, I’ m about to purchase “Chauffeur Booking System for WordPress” but got few question please. 1- is there an hidden fees like annual renewals? 2- will i receive all updates for a lifetime? 3- Can customer enter their card details if they don’t have a paypal or stripe account? 4- will customer have their account with their booking history for easy booking in future? 5- Can i style the plugin a bit so i can reduce its size? change colors, background?

3) I’m sorry, but due the security reasons we don’t provide access to backend. You can check look and feel of admin options on screenshots attached to the plugin description.

I wish for the option, to change the service tab label (Distance, Hourly, Flat Rate) to whatever you want for EACH booking form… Also for the Flat Rate (Routes) i wish for a route description with rich text, photo, etc, together with the map of route… Just a wish…

ok i would like to ask as i have this can you make it with a private and company registration and login?

can you add to it so passengers have to setup an account but would need it to be a private or company account and save the details to the system and that it also ask for flight number

also is there away that the booking can make the passenger pay the deposit oh i am buying this again if this can be done.

Great looking plugin.

Trying to understand if this will do what we want it to do.

We have around 8 locations which we want user to select from. They pick start point and end point (both from the set locations)

Price is then fixed depending on which combination they pick.

They then get 2 cars (one private and one shared)

I can see you do flat, hourly etc but on flat it just has route – we want flat but set out the same as hourly if that makes sense.

Looking to purchase today.

Sorry I ask. But Im working on films festival where we pick up and transport the vip guest with hour vip cars. We have 16 vip cars and its 45 volontiers who drives the cars during this 11 days event. (a lot of people want to do the driving as en extra part on the festival they got a lot of free time as well being on it)

We are today managing this with 3 people in the office and an excel as main planning tool. So I wonder if this plug in could help us some how? The problem is that we would need the option to have different passengers in the same car if we can see that is the same directions they are going to. Or that during a planed day of transport etc there is changes (about 30%)

So the site will not be public. Its only for us internally as an extra help to the excel and the manually work we do before.

So would I with the backend be able to have use more for it or are you soon coming with an update with seat options ;)?!

Passenger option is available in the plugin since version 2.8. Customer can specify number of adult and/or children passenger and based on these details will be displayed matched vehicles. Please note that customer book a car not a seat, it means that if someone choose car with 4 seats and use e.g 2 of them, vehicle won’t be available for other customers (even if two seats are still available).

I’m sorry, but we don’t plan to add such feature in near future.

1. Can I create a quote and send it to the client? Does the quote arrive and a payment link? We have clients who ask us to charge the services and they pay for them online.

2. There is possibility of in a same form, when the client completes all the data and arrives at the payment tab, that the option to pay 30% or 100%, I have seen in your demo that you can, but always in different forms, the idea is that the client reaches the end and there choose to pay all or 30%

3. If I have loaded 7 passenger vehicles, and the client needs one of 10/12 passengers, is there any option for the client to request a quote ???, or the system tells him that there are no vehicles for what I request.

4. If a client wants to make a change, and therefore varies the price of the transfer, can it be modified? or should we cancel it and create a new one ????, In case it is the second option, suppose a customer takes a service for $ 50 and then modifies it for a service of $ 60. A. We canceled the $ 50 service B. We created the $ 60 service C. How do we get the customer to get a button or something to pay only $ 10 which is the difference. ???? D. If the option is to pay the driver at the time of the transfer, does this figure somewhere?

About the 2 point. I create 2 Forms, but the same customer could not define in the last step but you would have to ask first if you want to pay 100% or 30%

If I activate Woocommerce and use some other plugin for partial payment could it be done ????

Hi, I’d like to know is it possible for Customers to have their own accounts? So they will be able to check in on their past and current bookings?

If that is possible, is it also possible for a Customer account to be logged in by different people?

For example, I work with Company A. Company A has 5 employees. They should be able to log in with their own 5 different accounts to make bookings, but all bookings will still be under Company A. Can this be done?

Yes, each customer can have your own account and access to order history (if your theme support wooCommerce), but by default the second option is not available. I suppose that extra coding is needed.
