Hello. Our customers can get points even “On Hold” status. Could we change this like, they can get points after “Order Completed” status?

The feature which we have provided in our Plugin, 100 Points = 10$ (Coupon Amount), and it will work like percentage amount.
Because if you set the above equation, & customer generate coupons then amount will be generated like: 100 Points = 10$ coupon, 200 Points = 20$ coupon and so on.

You did not understand me, I think. :/
For example, I usually offer 30% off my clients who submit a review.
If I give 300 points, he will receive $ 30 (fix amount) So if my customer orders for a total of $ 200 he will only get $ 30 off.
While with a coupon code at 30%, it will receive $ 60 discount.

Hello, is there anyway we can exclude the shipping fee from the reward point? eg: we setting point through total cart amount, $1 = 1point earn. The point rewarded are including the shipping fee. Example: item price $100 + shipping fee $10 = total $110 and the point rewarded are 110 point, We don’t want the $10 shipping fee include in the rewards. Kindly advice.

hi, is it possible to make a page redemption for coupons / voucher? so when customer redeem points it will make an autogenerated coupon code / premade coupon in the woocommerce coupon feature?

1) Use your Points directly on cart or via single product page 2) By creating coupons from Points tab
In point (2) You can easily convert your points into coupon, and then you can apply those coupons onto Cart page, similar as like WooCommerce Coupons.

1) Our site works on multiple currency. Can we set different points for different currency. If now how can we manage this on multiple currency? 2) Can we use this plugin for INR as well? 3) I want to enable this feature for referral program i.e if customer purchase any product through referral link or coupon then both will get rewards. But I want to provide them 2 option to redeem i.e either they can purchase product using rewards or can convert them into cash (i.e I will pay them manually and make entry on plugin or edit their available rewards. 1. Currently our plugin is not compatible with multi-currency, We need to check possibility according to your requirements.
2. You can use our all currency which are supported by the WooCommerce. Just like single currency site.
3. In current referral program when a referral user get registered then referee will get referral points. You can also allow user to provide referral purchase points.
After getting the points Customer can redeem their points by purchasing the product. Or by generating coupons.

Just purchased this plugin. It generates a message on every product page that reads “YOU NEED EXTRA 2000 POINTS FOR GET THIS PRODUCT FOR FREE”. Plugin documentation shows that this message can be modified in the settings. But it can’t.
A support ticket response advised “As you have queried for modifying the text, we have provided the .po and .mo files and by which you can translate string using these files. For changing the box color, we’ll provide the setting in the next version and font will inherit from the theme CSS”.
There are no settings that can easily change the product page message, or the color of the teal box that it appears in. So if you buy this plugin, be prepared to dig into the code.

We have given some text boxes for some text like “Points Tab”, “Product purchase Points” etc But we cant provide these kind of boxes for each of the text in plugin, the easy way to manage any text either in any languages is to use any third party plugin, There no need to translate all over text.
You can pick your one text like “You need extra point” and make it in another set of line. In short you can change even the spellings of the Source Text to your new Translated text( dosn’t matter in which language you need it ) Then it will get replaced by your text. No need to do anything inside the code. This way will support the multi language also. Then the same line can be translated in multiple language also.( Because you database will save one value in one time. )
Now about the color-picker: Yes as we don’t have right now but we already helped our number of customers to make the box in respect to their Theme Color. And in just next version we are going to provide the color picker for that. Then it would get easier to change the color of the Notification Bar.
You don’t have to do anything in Core files. We always try to give our best support ever.

Adding an (undocumented) auto-generated message to every product page that requires a separate plugin to correct poor grammar will probably be unacceptable to most users and potential buyers. Please fix.
There is a setting in the plugin that says “Entered text will get displayed on single product page” but this setting is broken. Custom text does not display on product pages.
The setting for which you’re talking about is for “Assigned Product Points” Not for the Purchase Product Through Points.
Whatever Text you will add there, it will only render when that product is being assigned with some points.

Frankly, I am looking for a way to remove the auto-generated message with poor grammar that was added to every product pages. If your best option is to use “translation software as like LOCO translate plugin(Free) Or Poedit software” then this plugin not worth buying.
We are already providing you the solution and replies over your Ticket also. Translating the text is easier than making the changes from settings page, at least for Multi languages site.

Is there a setting within your plugin to create the “Referral Link” using the “Site Address (URL)” instead of using the “WordPress Address (URL)”?
Basically is it possible for your plugin to generate referral link to look like this:

Instead of looking like this:
https://www.mysite.com/subdirectory?pkey=xxxxxxx

So not just USD it will support any currency that must be supported by Woocommerce( Single Site Currency )
