Hello. I’ve just purchased the plugin and the Purchase Code is not working. I get an error saying “You have entered an invalid purchase code or the Envato API could be down for a moment.” Is there a quicker way to get assistance? I submitted a ticket to support but it mentions it may be 72hrs before any one responds!

72hrs is the maximum response time but not the minimum. Even on this busy period seems your ticket have been managed in around 12hrs, a decent time when is taken in consideration the night time.

Payments are managed inside the system and not based on a link.
Yes, it can be set up to 3 notification prior the level is gonna to expire and 1 after the level expired.
There is not a specific member number to be generated. WP itself assign for each user a unique ID
Yes, it can be set fields with Conditional Logic workflow.

3. As was mentioned, there is one main register form but fields inside can be set to show or not for specific levels selected. So, based on selected level, even if is the same form, different fields may show up.
7. It may be possible to achieve with scripts dedicated for this purpose but we can not specify one.

Profile form ca be managed only into the dedicated tab and it can not be split into multiple destinations. Still, you may use a different form builder and add the desired form separate of the main UMP profile form.

Coupon codes not working. I sold a coupon code for a 3 month plan 100% off. The user enters the coupon code, checks out but the coupon is not applied to their sale. They choose the 3 month plan, the coupon code is for the 3 month plan, it says “Total amount “0” and pending”. There seems to be lots of “0” payments and everyone having problem with Paypal payments. Now they are having problems with coupon codes. This is not good.

I purchased this plugin a year ago and although I tested it on my site I didn’t use it in the end. I’m now looking to actually use it on a new site but can’t activate my license.
I think its a great plugin, it just wasn’t fit for purpose at the time, that is why I did not request a refund.
I would really like to finally use it but it’s not letting me active my licence.

Please consider updating Invitation Code Module for associating to a level. As is, everyone no matter the level must have an invitation code (if enabled) to register. we would like to control codes per level. Thanks!!!

How can I setup level restricktions? E.g. someone bought the “light” level and and upgrade to the “pro” level: In your system the customer will then have “lite” AND “pro” booked. But it should behave like an upgrade – so after he had the light level he upgraded to the pro level. Is that possible?

I am very much interested in your UMP plugin. And will like to ask some question and then decide, if am to go for it or seek for another.
We are not allowed to receive money with PayPal(the only viable international Payment gateway) in our country, but we can use PayPal to send money or purchase things online. Hence my presale/pre-buy question below.
1. So, I will like to know if their is an option and availability of integrating a Payment Gateway that my country – Nigeria supports off the desk. like PayStack.com, Vogue.com, Payu.com.ng. Because, these firms offer developer code integration into WordPress platform. I want to know if it’s possible with your UMP Plugin, can we achieve this integration with your plugin? If possible, just direct us where or which location to input this “Developer Code Integration” from any of these platforms to have either of these payment platforms in a project we are working on.
2. Also, I’m wanting to know if it will be possible to Sync your Plugin with PhotoCompetition plugin? Because, in that plugin, there is an options to limit any registered member, the number of image uploads based on a category, so we use that based on money they paid for Membership signup, is there away to sync it or we will have to do it manually?
3. Furthermore, are there options to change the ”.../wp-admin, .../wp-login.php”?
4. Does UMP have option to change the WP logo? if not is it compatible with other White Label plugin?
5. The User Dashboard is with the one from WP the users will use or a Custom Dashboard from UMP?

1. UMP has integrated more than 10 payment gateways, by default. None of your list is part of them but UMP allows you to sell UMP Levels as Woo Products via Woo Checkout page. You may use your own Woo payment AddOn on this case.
2. We never heard about that plugin, so we can not say more about it.
3. Default WP pages are not altered or changed by UMP but it can manually done by thousands of free scripts.
5. UMP has his own Dashboard inside of WP Admin section.

1. Do I need to buy a Woo Add-on plugin in order to achieve any of these integrations, or you meant to install WooCommerce Plugin? If the later is the case, how do I achieve that, buy selling the subscription to have a candidate/competitor pay to access the page(s) the photo competition is being designated automatically? Else how much then is the Woo Add-on and have it configured automatically?
I also believe there is an offline payment too? Bank Transfer or Cheque Transfer, is that right?

3. Again, will the UMP share the same …/wp-admin, .../wp-login.php URL the Admin or it has it own URL assigned for users? That’s if hidden: the …/wp-admin and …/wp-login.php, hope it will not affect UMP operations?
5. UMP dashboard is where every member or user will use, in this case; gain access to the “Photo Contest WordPress plugin” and have them upload their photos for the competition they have paid for? And will have nothing to do with the WordPress Admin backend, is that correct?

1. If you want to sell via Woo and your desired payment gateway is not provided for free, indeed, you may need to by a such Woo AddOn.
Yes, “Bank Transfer” is the offline payment gateway.
3. It should not affect the UMP worlfow if that page is hidden by any other script.
5. Yes, the UMP Account Page has nothing to do with WP Admin and users do not need to access the WP Admin section.

1. I am still not clear with what you mean; Is Woo Add-on different from Woo? What is Woo Add-on? I just checked online I didn’t see anything “specifically related to that word ‘Woo Add-on’ as a plugin on its own”. Is Woo not same as WooCommerce? Now, for the record, WooCommerce accept our Payment Gateway Merchants. If what you meant that Woo is same as WooCommerce, does that mean we will sell the subscription as products? How will it sync with what we want to do, that’s after purchase of the subscription, does it automatically grant them access to their respective dashboard or we will have to do it manually on every sale?
2. You didn’t answer this question, if the plugin mentioned in this number will work very with UMP.

Woo is the short name for WooCommerce, being the same thing. Woo AddOn, is an extra script developed especially for Woo in order to add more features, such a new payment option.
If there is a payment gateway for Woo already, means you can sell UMP Levels via Woo by using that payment gateway. To sync Woo products with UMP Levels is a very easy job and takes few seconds. You do not need to do anything manually.
2. We do not know that script so we can not say how will work with UMP but once have never been tested by us we can not guarantee for that.
