hi i need some help before purchasing the plugin… your plugin seems like exactly the thing iam looking for however the main thing iam looking for in reward system i suppose i have 2 customer on my site A and B…. i want to give a discount code to A which if he passes on to B and b makes a purcahse on the site then i need A to get reward points for the code used by B… Is that possible from your plugin ?

As we also have referral user program in our plugin in that if Customer A refers Customer B and Customer B get registered then Customer A will get referral points.
As well as you can also allow your customer to get referral purchase points. When Customer B purchase some products then Customer A will get referral purchase points.

The Orders which has been placed before our plugin installation cannot be rewarded with points.
For those Users, You can update their points including the reasons also, like why you’re assigning points to them manually.

Hello there, I seem not to figure out how to set point automatically based on total price. For instance if the total price is $25.80, round off would be 26 points. Point rewards world be $1:1.
Or do I have to set it manually on every products?

You can set points to all your products by using three ways
Global: one particular points to all of the product at once.
By category: one particular points to that particular category (points will get assigned to each products of that category).
By per product points : this will get assigned to that each particular points

Is it possible to have this customized in the following ways:
1. Only allow users collect points for a set of actions 2. Points accrued are accessible to each user individually and a table also generated based on points accumulated. This table would be available to admins on the backend (can edit) and also available for customers to see rankings on the frontend (cannot edit) 3. Remove the conversion option where they can trade in points for coupons, etc

And we have also provided a setting, in that admin can visit each customer points individually & also update their points. Customer can also visit the log of earning and redeeming points. But what do you mean of rankings on the front-end. Please explain, So that we can let you know about that.

Hi, is it possible for the person who signed up to the loyalty program, have their emails added to an autoresponder list like activecampaign for delivery of email series?
Also, can I assign different points that can be earned for different products on my website, even though they are in the same products category? For example: product A cost $10 and earns 10 points, and product B cost $10 but only earns 5 points.

Hi, i went into the demo, but i only see points by category. But I want to assign points based on dollar spent. For example, Product A costs $10, so will earn 10 points. Product B costs $20, so will earn 20 points. How can I do that?

In the fields mentioned, you can set $1 = 1 point or $1 = 10 points or $10 = 1 point, any of it as per your requirement.

I want to reward people for referral only when these 2 conditions are both met at the same time:
1. They refer a new customer 2. And that particular customer purchases either of two specific products.
To clarify, only reward the person who has made the referral: 1. only when the order is by a new customer who has never purchased before and 2. when they purchase one of two specific products. Both these conditions need to be met at the same time. So existing and repeat customers who purchase with the referral link will not provide any reward for the affiliate.

You can reward your customer when they refer new customer. After registering new customer when referred user purchase any product on your shop then they will get referral points. You can’t set Specific Product. But yes you can set on how many orders user will get Referral Purchase points.

Hello! We are using this Multi-currency plugin called “WooCommerce Currency Switcher”. When our clients change to the secondary currency the points awarded are not the same as the original USD currency.
Also, the Membership Feature isn’t working well for the secondary currency, the system doesn’t calculate the points correctly, giving away thousands of points or giving double discounts.

- For my partner affiliates, I’m awarding them money for successful referral of a new signup
- For my customers, whenever they sign up, I want to give them $x signup bonus that has an expiry date: can this plugin do that while tracking the partner affiliate that does the referral and award the partner affiliate?
- For customers that refer to another customer, I want to give the new customer $x signup bonus that has an expiry date AND the customer who made the successful referral x amount of reward points; at the same time, I want to see who is referred by whom: can this plugin do that?
- For customers that make a purchase, they will earn points from a percentage of their purchase: can I set it such that if they pay with their points, the points can only be used to deduct the purchase amount and not the total cost (that includes shipping cost) and only the amount that is not paid with points is used as the basis for calculation of their reward points?
For eg, if I set it such that 10 points is $1 and 5% of total purchase is converted to points to be used on the next purchase. So if a customer buys $100 worth of goods, shipping is $10. Total is $110. Customer pays $20 with points. 5% of $80 is $4 so all in all, customer pays $90 in cash, $20 with points and earns 40 points for the next purchase. And this 40 points has an expiry date.
Is this possible?

Well I just found your Plugin, while searching for a good Solution. I have a client with a shop with 1900 Products https://www.dvd-wissen.com And your Plugin would be nice there, however I don’t know yet, if you have a Feature, that allows Users to remind via Email, that they have X amount of Points left, after 1Week, 2 Weeks or 2 Monts, to define multiple reminders would be nice or like 1 reminder randomly between 1-9 Weeks/Months. That would be amazing! Also allow to create coupons from the points or something like that.
