Hello, for some reason all of my products have enable review ticked off
is there an easy way to enable reviews on all products at once? it would take a really long time to edit each product (400+ products)
enable reviews is enabled in woocommerce settings >product but each product under advanced tab > enable review is off
how to do all products at once?
please make update to auto enable reviews on product data for each product.

This plugin is stripping the default review schema from product pages. I thought it might be the free version, but the paid version does the same thing. Disabling this plugin puts the schema back in place. Is this a known bug or on purpose?
Apparently there is a problem with the masonry view. When I change it to ‘Normal’ the review schema returns. Any solution for this?

Hi, Please go to admin->settings->discussion you will find the option Users must be registered and logged in to comment and some more options you need to change the comments/reviews settings. To delete reviews, go to admin->comments. Here you can filter reviews by products, ratings, with images or not then you can delete or edit whatever reviews that you want.

Hi I bought this plugin today. But in pending, UTC time is shown instead of Korean time. If current_time (‘timestamp’) is given, it will be in Korean time, but it will not be sent. Please check.
And one more thing. There is no indication whether the time is AM or PM.

Hello, {order_list} has no effect. All order items are listed at the end of email each with the product image, product title, product price and a button linked to reviews of that product.

Hello dolaghan, The plugin coupon email and review reminder email inherit design of WooCommerce email with the customized email heading, header and content. You can go to WooCommerce->settings->email to preview email template.
Thanks but no way to send a sample of the actual email the customer will receive? Also we have customers ordering services multiple times a day so they won’t want to receive multiple review requests, can they select to be omitted from future requests?
To test email, you can install plugin WP Mail Logging and create an order yourself(no need to use correct email). WP Mail Logging will record all in and out emails. Then go to WooCommerce->Orders, select that fake order, select send review reminder to test again. No they cannot select to be omitted from future requests. We will consider to add settings for this.

Customers are able to get unlimited coupon by submitting unlimited approved comment on the same product bought. Even get a coupon from old orders without getting an email review reminder. Can you put an options limit the Auto generated coupon to: 1. one customer per product. 2. customer per order (multi products, just one review)?
In addition, sending the coupon to customer who got the reminder only, old orders without review reminder sent will not get the coupon?
It’s ok for customer to send multiple review on one product, there must be a way to give them just one autogenerated coupon from this plugin on first approved comments.

Hi guys. How am I meant to install the update? I’ve put my purchase code in the app settings but it hasn’t updated and when I try to install it using the file it says the folder already exist. Also, could you tell me how I can translate the front end of the plugin?

Sorry for the inconvenience. To update the plugin, you can delete the current version on your Dashboard. Then install the plugin zip file from https://codecanyon.net/downloads. From this version you will be able to auto-update plugin in Dashboard/ Plugins.
To translate plugin front-end, you need to use third party translate plugin like Loco Translate https://vi.wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
Can I use an external translator for this without the plugin?
You can use Po Edit to translate the plugin and upload the .po file to language folder in the plugin folder.
