I am having an issue on Step 2. It hangs on step 2 and only goes this far Creating table address_book [OK]. And when i open the database in PHPMyAdmin i dont see any table created.

i think its mysql version issue
if you have options to turn off your server mysql strict please do that and try again

i think its not possible to do that in my host. i also already told to my hosting provider to turn it off the mysql, and he says that he cannot do that.

yes you can in merchant panel -> settings -> Store days(s) Open:
take note opening hours should be on the same day if the closing day is on next day it will not work

Open 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, but delivery start 4:00 pm to 10:0 pm.

1. assets folder
2. protected folder
but don’t replace the file config/main.php
and config/main.php i have changes on this file so just copy it from the latest file

are you using latest version of kmrs?
looks like issue with server mysql strict is enabled
if you have option to turn off your server mysql strict that would be great those error will be gone
