Hello, I just purchase your plugin WooCommerce Quick View and install it on a WooCommerce website. The setting seems to be right and the plugin is installed successfully. However, the shop product page is just normal. I do not see the Quick view button show up and no where to click on to preview as the plugin description images show on your sale page. Please help. My site is SheModern.com and I am currently having the plugin activated with the quick view turn on. You can visit the product page and see there are no Quick View button.

Would not implement 2 quick view plugins – you should decide yourself for one only.

is the additional redux framework plugin absolutely necessary to make the plugin work? I did not read that anywhere before investing time in it.
I am concerned about performance and I try to have as less plugins as possible for obvious reasons.

Yes it is absolutely required because all our plugins are built on top of that framework.

Sorry this is only supported if the other plugin follows WooCommerce standard hooks to display this. Otherwise you can create your own copy of the quick view in your child theme and modify the code.
Hi A quick question. I am using the https://wcproducttable.com. I purchased your plugin with the hope of it will work with the WC Product table, but the short-code but your plugin short-code is not compatible with it . I tried your shortcode [woocommerce_quick_view product=”YOUR_PRODUCT_ID”] but no successes.
The WC Table Chortcode is [wcpt_wc_quick_view] . is there any chance to change your shortcode to : [wcpt_wc_quick_view]

No sorry – you need to change this shortcode.
Button sizes aren’t matching theme’s and content within QuickView doesn’t look like the demo.

Hi there, I have been using your plugin for a couple months, had a few little issues at the start but thought it was working all ok.. however, I have been running some tests, adding things to cart etc, and it appears when items are viewed, selected and “added to cart” whilst in quickview mode more often than not that product is not getting added to the cart. Sometimes it does get added, however I’m finding a lot of items don’t get added. I believe this would be quite frustrating for my online shoppers, and have reason to believe this has been happening the entire time, I was just never told about the issue. What can I do to stop this from happening ? Lousia

Hi – I just buy the plugin, I hope it works in my project. One important question: I’m using The Grid (grid plugin) as a template for WooCommerce (inside the main loop). Question 1: Did you test your plugin with The Grid ? Question 2: How can I change the Shop Loop Position (or hook) for other than the listed in the dropdown? Question 3: Do you have a Shortcode to use in a custom php template?

Thanks for your answers, about point Question 3) that shortcode is just for one specific ID… is not useful in a custom template. There is a shortcode that can handle any ID?, so If place the shortcode in the template could automatically detect de ID of the product?
Hmm where do you use it? You can parse a product ID into your custom template by using global $product for example.

The plugin work only on the first click -open modal, and after that all the quick view buttons stop working.. just stay loading and stop without open modal again. Also, inline never works. I’m using OceanWp theme. Why so complicated?
So no extra plugins, just strait woocommerce install on Oceanwp and the button only works the first time I click and open the modal. After that, the buttons don’t work anymore… IF I REFRESH THE BUTTONS WORKS AGAIN, BUT ONLY ONE TIME. The console says: JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 jquery-migrate.min.js:2:542 An Error Occured: 400 Bad Request! I see that there is a “Basic” and “Advanced” section in the settings. However I can’t make any changes in the Advanced section?
Please make sure the custom.css file in the public folder is writeable.

so i installed it with Redux and that’s ok. But the QuickView has 3 errors: 1- it doesn’t show the price (variable products) 2- it diables funtionality of the date-picker field in the popup (is part of the product) 3- the quick view doesn’t open unless twice clicked.

Hi, no refund I like your plugin which is actually working with product add-on (I’m using it) except for the new “AJAX add to cart” function you’ve added recently. There is no way to make the new fonction work ? How much would it cost for custom coding ?
We do not think this is an easy task in any ways. We need to analyze the other plugin how it send data to cart, how we can send it to cart etc.
Ok I understand. The reason why this option (add to cart ajax) was important (to me) is because when an user clic on “add to cart” from the quick-preview, he/she is redirected to the product page, which is a non-sense for the way I do my shop. Any parameters I missed that could change this behavior ? Thanks. Akal

Hello and I ask to return money as it was an erroneous purchase, I confused the module! We need a module that will output the characteristics of the product in the category under each product for the promotion. This plugin shows the characteristics but they are not in the code and so they will not be included in the search. I just never demand compensation for this because I bought a lot of plug-ins. But in this case it’s really a wrong purchase. If you can help me and fix all plug-in errors and make sure that the characteristics get into the page code, I will be happy to use this plug-in. That’s what I wrote in technical support.

Hi. I’m looking at purchasing this – I’ve tried the official Woo one but it’s way to slow to load. I’ve got a few prepurchase questions – Does this work ok with gravity forms? Does this include an AJAX add to cart, or do you recomend any that do work? (Mainly so the customer doesn’t get redirected, and can continue to add items to their basket)

we have not tested it with gravity forms but it should work. Ajax add to cart is currently nöt supported.
Hi. I’ve bought this, but I get an error with Gravity forms which stops this from loading for products with a gravity form.
There is an AJAX add to cart option however included in the plugin. How can I ensure when the modal is closed, or the product is added to the cart, the page does not revert to the top. Ie the customer the selected is at the bottom of the page, after every modal close, it goes back to the top. This means it takes even longer than just using the default Woo behaviour.

So I know what the issue is for gravity forms – they have to be enqueued manually. However, how can I stop this reloading the page/going to the top when the modal is closed?
I’ve narrowed this down – the modal returns the page to the top when it is first opened – Can that be customised so the page remains in place?

if your theme uses Redux and you install the plugin separately, only the plugin Redux gets loaded.
The offical plugin gives you automatic updates, feature and security – that is why we do not use the embedded version.
