Hi, the plugin can be enabled globally, but you can create some groups with discounts and associate to customers. You can simulate this behavior on demo to test all the cases you think you can use in your website! Regards

Hi WOODYP, you are right! Of course WooCommerce B2B is projected to build a B2B ecommerce, so most features are specially designed for this. According to your needs, you can adapt the behavior to have also B2C clients (as discounted prices, for example), but not all features can be adapted. Consider that you might also consider including an “exclude user group” option.
So the plugin will continue to work as always, but there will be the possibility to exclude a type of users. This way you can solve easily.

Please explain what you mean by does not support multivendors solution? you mean like you cannot help with any issues when used alongside your plugin, or that B2B type of website cannot be compatible with WooCommerce?
Hi peaceedotcom, WooCommerce B2B settings have global scope, it mean that cannot have different behavior for every vendor. For example, if you set minimum cart amount, all vendors are forced to sell with that minimum amount. Regards

Hi angelous021, you can translate WooCommerce B2B like all the other WordPress plugins, for example with Poedit software or similar. If you need to change only these messages, you can use the hooks: “wcb2b_login_message”, “wcb2b_display_min_purchase_cart_message”, “wcb2b_display_min_purchase_checkout_message”, and so on… To know more about WooCommerce B2B hooks, take a look to the included documentation. Does this plugin allow for one price for one kind of logged in user role and another price, wholesale, for another kind of logged in user? For example if we use a membership plugin with roles and rules to allow basic customer to purchase at retail price and then another user, “buyer” get’s wholesale prices?
Hi OMNISAPIEN, if I understand your question, you need to have to set different prices for retail customers and buyer customers, is it right? With WooCommerce B2B you can set the default retail product price, then you can create a new group, assign a customer to it and set a percent discount to your new group. So, when a customer belonging the group login, he display the retail price discounted by his group percentage. Be careful, you can assign groups only to users with “customer” role, if you use a membership plugin with custom role, you can’t assign the group to no-default roles…

Presale Question Hi, I’d like to create separate product group inventories & pricing for separate group of wholesalers.
For example Wholesaler A may only see 5 products with a specific pricing, while Wholesaler B may see 20 products with a specific pricing. Pricing for each product will be specific to that wholesaler.

Hi optumeit, with WooCommerce B2B you can create 2 groups (wholesale A, wholesale B ) and for each of them you can apply a discount percent. Then, you can create 2 categories (wholesale A category, wholesale B category) and apply to them the products you want to make visible for each one group. Finally, apply the group to your customers to do what do you need! I suggest you to make a simulation on demo preview to understand better how it work and if it’s right for you! I’m working on a B2B WooCommerce site and are looking at your plug-in and it looks promising. But I have some questions/requests.
- We would like to enter both “Suggested retail price” and “Wholesale price” (actual woocommerce price) for each product. (We don’t use an exact % from our Retail price, but would use your % discounts for different customer groups). I guess I could use custom fields for adding “Suggested retail price”, but it would be great to have this option in the “system”.
- We would also like to have the option to hide Wholesale prices (the actual price for the shop) while entering orders. Since some customers use our B2B site to sell to their customers in-store and don’t want to show their prices while talking to the customers (only the Suggested Retail price).
- Be able to add PO name for order
- Be able to request the delivery date. (for preorders placed in the B2B that will be delivered later)
- Be able to set categories for products that can only be PreOrdered (not direct delivery).
- Set earliest delivery date for products
Maybe some of these are not possible, but it would be great to have.

Unfortunately when I activate the plugin I do not see the email settings page in woocommerce anymore. So I can not change the texts etc.
Also I have 4 requests. 1) an option to choose list instead of grid view- people know what they need and don’t like to search. 2) Also a price per product, if the percentage is incorrect for a specific product. 3) Orders from another country, than I need no vat to be charged. 4) And an registration form for businesses so I can see all the details and review them better.

About your requests: 1) This is a very useful feature for a B2B, but unfortunately isn’t simple because the view depends on theme HTML markup and CSS classes, so I could not guarantee full compatibility with all the themes. But don’t worry, I don’t drop the idea. 2) Do you intend to enter a specific price for each product depending on the group it belongs to? 3) I can consider the future implementation 4) It is already in the process (I’m completing the tests) and will be in the next release of WooCommerce B2B

Hello, i am in a deep search for a Woocommerce b2b solution. some of the features we need is a per-client price list, an outbound sales approach (choose amount->add to cart. thats it. all from the outer window, no useless clicks), block certain products to specific users (for example, we are distributing some products to only specific stores, not to others), show amounts (crates vs singles)... this is only part of the list. I am sure our need covers many other distributors’s too.
would love to see these addressed at some point.

The capabilities to hide certain product categories to specific users, it is already under construction and should be ready with the next release. The other features, like outbound sales approach, show amounts and others, will be considered from time to time and added to any future update.
