It can work by Woocommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. By using the option “Add wooproduct to the cart”, once the products added to the cart, the checkout is done directly from woocommerce, you can use Woocommerce discount system.
I have my first step as a woocommerce product, but the next additional steps asks the user for more information.
Lasr step is user redirect to card page, but how can we match the woocommerce order up to the order generated by the plugin.
Is there a way the plugin can add the info asked from the user to the notes field in woocommerce?

Only the wooproducts can be added to the cart, but the values of the fields are sent by email to the admin at end of the form. This reference of this order is added as wooproducts attribute in the cart .

Yes, here is the way to do that :
- Create a textarea
- Create an hidden and prelected checkbox that applies a price calculation like :

Where the item 90 is the target textarea and “10” the wanted cost per word .

Yes, simply assign a wooproduct to the item where you applied the mentioned calculation. If you enable the option “Save products to woo cart”, the product will be added to the cart with the calculated price at end of the form .

With the new update: When adding to cart via woocommerce it modifies the prices wrong. For example if the price on a woocommerce product is $49.99. It will for some reason add the price at only $49. It seems to take away any cents to the product cost.
Additionally when the “price” section is modified on a an item within the app. it tends to revert back to the value of the first variant of the product being added to cart. This seems like a bug. I also can’t leave it blank to just pick up whatever price of the variant I selected for woocommerce. This happens on either “button” or “image” selections.
Is anybody looking into this? It’s been two days and no reply.

Hi, I bought this plugin long ago, but I actually never used it. Now I need something like this, to accept payments through stripe. I hope you can help me with this question. Can you tell if the Stripe Gateway sends the URL information of the website to Stripe in this plugin, so Stripe actually knows where the payments come from?. The problem is that one of the words of my website is an adult word, and I’m a bit scared that Stripe flags me for inappropriate content (Paypal did that to me). Maybe The Stripe API only passes the vendor codes.
I know it is a strange question, I hope you can enlighten me a bit.

1. Do customers get to view and track their orders (archive and new/pending ones)? Or is that only possible when integrating with WooCommerce?
2. I see a lot of flexibility for price estimation, does that also work when items are actually WooCommerce products?

1. No, sorry, there is no such customer account system currently.
2. If you activate the option “Add woo products to the cart”, the wooproducts assigned to selected items will be added to the woo cart at end of the form, with their real price defined from woocommerce. Currently the plugin can add products to the cart (ex : https://wordpress-estimation-payment-forms.com/shop/ ) but can’t create new ones or modify their prices .
2. I just sent a new automatic update that allows to modify the price (and make custom calculation) on wooproducts, even with the option “Save products to woo cart” activated .

1. I know that the plugin allows users to edit their own rows. Is it possible to choose which columns are editable or are users always able to edit the whole row?
2. Can I disable adding new rows by users when the table is editable?
3. If tables are imported from Excel and some cells have URL links, are they imported properly as links or do I have to manually fix the URL links?
Sorry, I’m not sure I understand what editable table you’re talking about. The final summary table is automatically generated by the plugin based on the selection done and the values filled in the form. The admin can choose to hide some specific columns (quantity, price), but it isn’t directly editable by the customer. There is no Excel importation system, the forms are created directly from the wp backend .

No, the information column only shows the values form fields (dropdown, text fields, number fields, date field, color picker etc… ). The prices are only displayed in the price column .

You can simply use the shortcode [item-X_price] (where X is the id of the select field) to recover the price of its selected option in a calculation . It is also possible to create an hidden and preselected checkbox that applies a calculation based on the selected value in the select field .

I have my first step with 6 main options, and each options leads to fields related to a specific service.The problem is that there seems to be no way, in the case where you selected 2 or more services, to fill the details for one and then move on to the other until you’ve filed all the fields. To do that, simply link your step successively without using conditions on links, then directly use the steps option “Show depending on conditions” on each one to define the wanted conditions.
Doing that, the plugin will continue to follow the links but will show only the steps that have their conditions filled .

Well, I just tested, and actually this doesn’t seem to work if, let’s say, between service 1 and service 2 you have sub-services 1.1 and 1.2. If you place them as you said (1, then 1.1, then 1.2, then 2), then you get the final step directly after service 1.1 instead of going to service 2.
Maybe you leave some conditions on the links. As explained, you need to remove all conditions from the links and use the step option “Show depending on conditions” instead. If needed, feel free to contact me from the support page, sending me a temporary access to the backend, I will check it .

The icons on the demo forms are .png or .svg files and use Image items. You can freely define the default images size from the Design panel of the form .
there is a mistake was found.
if i have two fields: select field for a few options and prices and slider calculating the total price as a price of the option’s price*number the slider chooses then the total price will be okay. BUT if I have a number in the slider and got the total price, then changed the option in the select field the total price won’t update!!! It will be updated if I change it again or move slider’s pointer. hopefully you can fix it

Once the option “Use subscription” enabled in the “Last step” settings of the form, you will see a new option named “Isn’t a part of the subscription” on the item panel. Simply enable this option on the items that apply a single cost price. The result will be : single cost total + subscription total . It also work with Stripe & Paypal payments.

For the import test I did, I might not have been using the same version: I was just trying to import the demos you provided within the download file from themeforest…
As for the export test, I am just trying to export a test form I did, and it gets stuck as you can see on the provided link above… so there is only one website and one plugin version involved…and its the latest version: 9.639

For those who might wonder what was the problem, the ZipArchive (in the PHP settings) was disabled on the server…when enable, its working just fine
