Hello! The image positioning isn’t working well, on my website, instead of top, it appears on the bottom of each column. There is a fix for that?

I downloaded your plugin from envato elements and i know there is no support with this, but the only thing i want to know if it’s possible to export pricing table to another wordpress with your plugin.

thanks for your reply, i moved the database and it worked, thanks. I only have another issue, i’ve downloaded your plugin for another project (from elements) and with this plugin i can’t use the price post fix per column, so column 1 price per month and column 2 price per year… It changes all columns to the same price postfix. Strangely for the first project i used your plugin (this is when i found out that your plugin is one of the best pricing plugin out there) and i could/can change price postfix per column. What can i do to change price postfix per column?

Unfortunately the plugin does not correspond to the specs that are mentioned before buying. The downloadable version only includes one skin, the image upload is via URL (what?!); I understand that the developers want to win the monthly fees, however this is really not decent (to sell a plugin with so few features).

We’re very sorry that you find image upload via URL inconvenient, and we’ll do our best to try and improve this in our future updates.
Also, no monthly fees are charged for this plugin. The Pricing Table plugin you’ve purchased on CodeCanyon is for a one-time fee, and once you pay it, the plugin is yours for life. You don’t have to pay any extra fees.

Considering what you said – there should be explicit information saying that the templates shown are not included as skins in the plugin, that should be explicit and IT IS NOT. And since it is not, that is basically deceiving information that you are showing. The same with the image inclusion via URL – what does a normal person understand from “image upload” ? – as far as I know it is and should be as easy as it gets (box pop up to upload via image gallery). And regarding the monthly fees – I know that. I know that I paid $20 for the plugin for life (even if I won’t use it ever), however, there are explicit “monthly plans” that you have info about on your website.

Hello Elfsight! I have a question about mobile responsiveness.
For example, if I create a feature comparison table with 4 columns, the 1st column describes the FEATURES per row and column 2, 3, and 4, represent the PLANS and would simply answer with yes or no.
In mobile view, I would like to see column 1 + 2, column 1 + 3, column 1 + 4 when I scroll down the page. Is this possible?
What I don’t like about other plugins is that they simply move column 1 above, so that a user would have to endlessly scroll up and down to read the table and compare plans.
Hoping your plugin supports this!

In example, instead of typing directly the pricing, i want to use [woo-product-shortcodes id=”20″ data_attribute=“price”]. and the price to be fetched dynamically.

We’re very sorry for the delay in implementing this feature. It’s very useful, and very requested, and it’s high on our roadmap, but we just don’t have a specific timeline yet. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
If you purchase the plugin now, when this option is not implemented yet, you can upgrade the plugin once this option is ready, and the update will be seamless in the sense that your previously created tables will still work and you’ll be able to edit them with the new options available in the update.
