Hello, I need to connect the Payu payment to your plugin, but on your website I found only the Payu Latam plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-payu-latam-addon/20685954?ref=ladela&utm_source=bookly_admin&utm_medium=pro_not_active&utm_campaign=shop Will the regular Payu work after the purchase? You can use the PayU Latam Add-on (https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-payu-latam-addon/20685954?ref=ladela). It allows you to accept online payments via PayU Checkout. Hi Ladela. Thanks for creating this plugin.

I have 2 questions for you, please help me, I did not find documentation about it anywhere.

1. It seems that the purchase response is not being interpreted correctly by the add-on, today a customer made a purchase and showed me that everything was correct from his bank, but when viewing later on BOOKLY it appears, Payu Transaction Rejected, and put the Appointment rejected. Why rejected if the payment was correct and valid? What is the time in which the plugin verifies if the payment is valid, how does it work? Today we had to wait more than 1 hour for it to validate …

2. Also in this case, in the lower area of the complement there is an option that says: Time interval of the payment gateway, but it says a scheduled task must be created with CRON, how should it be done?

Bookly Pro supports WooCommerce integration: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212413769

The purpose of this integration is to have access to other payment gateways that are not available in Bookly (but are supported by WooCommerce) So, if you enable this integration, customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the details step and payments from Bookly will be disabled. To set this integration, you’ll need a “fake” product that will serve as a “bridge” between Bookly and WooCommerce.

Though, even if you use this integration you’ll sell services from Bookly and not WooCommerce products.

Hello, I have a questions about the two different types of licenses that you offer. ME and my wife are trying to set up her nutrition counselling private practice in Mexico and we are using bookly to manage the booking side and we were hoping to use PayU Latam for the payments, however, it is not clear what is included with each type of license. For example, if I purchase the regular license, how long does the fee of $29 cover? We are going to sell different types of services, would we be able to charge for different types of services? What is the difference with the Extended license?

You buy life-time license. There is no need to pay additional fee for using the plugin or add-ons. But you will need to extend your support package: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support As for the difference between regular license and extend license, extend license gives you an option to provide users to sell their services on your platform. But if you are selling only your own services, Regular license will work.

Everything was working fine until I updated using migrator to Bookly Pro.

If I disable the PAYU addon everything is fine, but if I enable it I don’t get neither SMS nor Email messages, clients who use PayU to pay at a local convinience store and make an appointment for say tomorrow get a message saying they can pay over the next ten days… But we have a strict “pay in the next 24 hrs” policy or the appointment is cancelled.

Now we are getting all kind of problems since we don’t get messages and people think they can pay whenever they want.

My support for this ADDON ends in 2 months (March 5th 2019) please fix this issue.

Please give me a link to those rules, because the terms that are available online state:

A supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, the author is expected to be available to provide the item support services we’ve set out on this page.

and

ALL ITEMS ON ENVATO MARKET should work as described by the author (in the preview, screenshots, item description, etc).

This ADDON has it’s own support included, it is an ITEM which i bought from Envato Market and it is not working as described.

Bookly Pro is working fine, i don’t need support for Bookly, i need support for the ADDON, which is still under support.

Or please tell me:

Are you saying that support for all LADELA ADDONS is NON-VALID and you as an author don’t support any issues on this ITEMS even when it’s displayed Envato Market support period is still valid?

I have some problems paying with the payu plugin because we do not have to apply taxes in the customer purchases (it could be illegal in our country). In Colombia, we can’t apply taxes. I put in every option 0 (Increase, Discount, Addition/Deduction) but our test process is applying 19% of taxes. (www.bayiretreat.com) We really appreciate your help to solve this issue.

Hi, I bought standard version of Bookly and I have a question, Is PayU Latam working only in latin america or worldwide? We have PayU in Poland, it is one of the most popular payment method. We use woocommerce to use different payment options (in Poland nobody use Paypal) but it would be great if payU work directly from Bookly
