????? my site was working correctly with the Bookly plugin, and it was working without the addon, there was not addon when i set it up. Now i have to pay for this?

I can’t even use my original bookly plugin if i dont pay this

Hi,

PayU is now being sold separately. However, as you have purchased Bookly before PayU became a separate add-on, so you do not need to pay for it as it will be included in standard Bookly functionality for you.

Destroyed my booking site after update. Sheer Greediness.

Hi,

PayU is now being sold separately. However, as you have purchased Bookly before PayU became a separate add-on, so you do not need to pay for it as it will be included in standard Bookly functionality for you.

hi, the plugin bookly no longer works, it asks me to enter the code of the purchase of the plugin payu, but before the update if it worked, I already sent the tiket and the access to the administrator but they have not given me an answer.

Hi, same problem here too. I already sent acces to the admin and ftp info but no response. I still having the site down due to this problem. I bought it before the update of course, purchase code already sent too. Thanks!

Hi, I bought standard version of Bookly and I have a question, Is PayU Latam working only in latin america or worldwide? We have PayU in Poland, it is one of the most popular payment method. We use woocommerce to use different payment options (in Poland nobody use Paypal) but it would be great if payU work directly from Bookly

PayU Latam is not limited to the specific country, so it can be used in Poland as well.

Do you support Indian payment gateways such as CCAvenue, Paytm etc? and what about custom SMS api available in India can we integrate it

Pre sale question: Will it work with PayU Money. I’m from India and we have PayU Money here. I’m not sure whether PayU Latam and PayU Money both are same.

It won’t work with PayU Money, this payment gateway will work for some countries from Central and South America.

Hi, We have PayU in South Africa, will this addon work? None of the other bookly payment addons are supported in my country :(

Dear Bookly-Payu Team,

I have some problems paying with the payu plugin because we do not have to apply taxes in the customer purchases (it could be illegal in our country). In Colombia, we can’t apply taxes. I put in every option 0 (Increase, Discount, Addition/Deduction) but our test process is applying 19% of taxes. (www.bayiretreat.com) We really appreciate your help to solve this issue.

Everything was working fine until I updated using migrator to Bookly Pro.

If I disable the PAYU addon everything is fine, but if I enable it I don’t get neither SMS nor Email messages, clients who use PayU to pay at a local convinience store and make an appointment for say tomorrow get a message saying they can pay over the next ten days… But we have a strict “pay in the next 24 hrs” policy or the appointment is cancelled.

Now we are getting all kind of problems since we don’t get messages and people think they can pay whenever they want.

My support for this ADDON ends in 2 months (March 5th 2019) please fix this issue.

Please give me a link to those rules, because the terms that are available online state:

A supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, the author is expected to be available to provide the item support services we’ve set out on this page.

and

ALL ITEMS ON ENVATO MARKET should work as described by the author (in the preview, screenshots, item description, etc).

This ADDON has it’s own support included, it is an ITEM which i bought from Envato Market and it is not working as described.

Bookly Pro is working fine, i don’t need support for Bookly, i need support for the ADDON, which is still under support.

Or please tell me:

Are you saying that support for all LADELA ADDONS is NON-VALID and you as an author don’t support any issues on this ITEMS even when it’s displayed Envato Market support period is still valid?
