i tried to get a ticket from support and always says “Support Ticket System Offline” the pluggin doesn’t show me more than one badge in the products. If I have a “new” and “discount” badges that applies in the same product, just show one of them in the page. Please help me.

Is there a way to set a badge for all products in a category (and all related subcategories)? It seems that I have to select every single product in a category to enable the badge, and repeat again for every single subcategory, this way it’s a nightmare…
we added this option and submitted it to code canyon to review it once its approved (approx 4-5 hours) you will get update. Thanks

I’d rather prefer to receive the zip archive and install it by myself, I don’t think our IT manager will let anyone enter the server other than himself, me and his collaborators; he’s like Cerberus at the gates of hell
sorry to say but we can not provide zip,only option is provide temp admin user with site url for us and we will do it for you will will not take more time.
Not to question, I’m just curious: what’s the difference between giving customers a zip file, and upload the very same files on the customer’s server? Both ways, customers will get the files.
Moreover, the first option is way safer for you, because you don’t need to touch anything within the customers’ server…
