Sorry, I don’t quite get what you mean. Do you mean instead opening a popup box, it redirect to another page? If yes, then it’s doable. If not, can you maybe provide an example?

This plugin comes with its own PO language file that you can use for translation. Would that be enough for you?

Just confirm me, if i put the short code, of the Team, on all the translated pages is this going to work? I dont need to translate nothing, just need to have the same Team version in X different pages/Languages. Thanks

If that’s the case, then it won’t work – since the PO will only translate the plugin’s text – but not the member’s content

No – there is no frontend submission for this plugin. As for is there other plugin that can do that, I’m not sure about this – you might need to do your own research on this.

I notice that your theme use a custom version of JQuery (v.2.2.0), instead of the default version of JQuery (v1.12.4) from WordPress.

You shouldn’t be using any custom version of JQuery in a wordpress website – as it cause javascript conflicts on your site. Please disable the custom version JQuery from your theme.

You can set “Use Modal” to “no” (via shortcode generator) to disable the profile modal.

2. is it easy to translate?

There is a PO file in the plugin files (under lang folder) that you can use for translate.

Here’s my answers to your questions:

1. Unfortunately, that can’t be done – since this plugin is built as a team member showcase plugin. You’re gonna need a directory plugin to do that.

2. Yes – but you can only filter one category at a time.

The version you’re using doesn’t support this yet. However, since there are number of users also request this, so I decided to push this feature in.

Please update your plugin to version 1.2.7 and you should see a option to includes specific teams in the shortcode generator.

To update the plugin, you must download the latest version (v1.2.7) from codecanyon, and update it via cpanel / FTP.

The plugin can’t filter by members. So, you’ll need to put each member to a separate team. Then, filter by teams, such as speaker1team, speaker2team

- Yes. Some user use this plugin to showcase portfolio, instead of team member.

- No you can’t. It wasn’t built to do that

Well, that’s because that file is a combination of everything. The real plugin file is within the main file you downloaded from CodeCanyon.

Once you un-zip the main file, you should see two folders, one PDF file, and a zipped file called layers-heroes-assemble.zip. Use that zipped file for installation.
