On the POS System, there is no validation if the item is out of stock. Even the settings Over Selling * is set to no. The system still allows the product to be added on the cart. Please help

Consider the scenario where I am adding a new product to a quotation and the quotation is saved. When I try to edit the quotation, the products added are not getting list. Getting an error “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token u in JSON at position 0” in quote.js at line 762. This issue comes when we are adding a new product from “add quotation screen”.

Hi, Can you help me with the following please? 1. Change the User’s password policy, ie. remove the Uppoer case, 8 characters long resttriction. Which file should I modify that? 2. “List Products” page, remove unwanted columns (“Cost”, “Unit”, “Alert Qty”..etc), but show up “Second Name” in the Products list. Which file should I modify that? 3. After click the product, it shows up the product image, bar code, QR Code. There are product “Type, Name, Code, Brand, Category…” how can I show up the “Second Name”? 4. After get into POS page, I typed the name of the product (e.g. mouse) the left window search field. It shows up “No matching result found….). But if I try to search from the Product list page. The product “mouse” shows up.

When trying to install pos, message appears “Update tool is locked due to missing files OR Stock Manager Advance is not installed. Please contact your developer/support.” I have installed Stock Manager Advance and it is working smoothly. I have copied all pos directories to SMA root folder but pos is failed to install. What to do? I read and followed the instructions on the documentation and reinstall the module 3 time and it is still locked. The documentation don’t tell you much, just to reinstall and that doesn’t help. Please give me an answer with more specific on what to do. Thank you.

i have a problem in last version in POS Stock manager
1- Getting stack sometime when the bill is long or have more items during the payment . 2- for barcode when i scan a product it will repeat for 2 times ( Some time ) 3- i didnt get email on cron job (Localhost) 4- for printer i purchase POS Server for windows .. from POS server its printing .. but from the software it will not print at all .. printer is star brand .. usb printer

Hello, It’s POS module which we have in Stock Manager Advance with Point of sale module. For Stock Manager advance, you can buy POS module because Stock Manager Advance is without POS module. Yes, you can setup Shop module in both Stock Manager advance and Stock Manager advance with Point of Sale module. Thanks
