Where do you see the slowing? In the frontend or backend? For frontend can you please enable caching.
Hi.
I bought the WooCommerce buying guide and I am having a problem. When I am using the buying guide, I need to load the entire category.
Since I have a lot of products in each category (in some I have more then a hundred), I can’t afford to load them all because then the page’s load time is too long which affects SEO.
When I try to use the plugin with products pages, the buying guide uses only the shown products attributes and then, after filtering, it shows the result from the current page and then loads the next products in the category.
Is there a way to make the buying guide use the attributes of all the products in the category and then show the right ones after the filter?

hi, your plugin makes problem with the ux builder from the flatsome theme. When i have activate your plugin, i can´t place rows, section and so on with the ux-buidler from the flatsome theme. The flatsome theme is the most buying ecommerce theme by themeforest, so that i think it should work with it together, or?

Hi, i have bought your plugin. But i´m a little bit irritated when i build a buying guide. I want to set up a a guide with a if this than that option. For example: the first question is: Do you use safety products (choice 1 = yes > filter products and it comes the next question > which safety products do you need Choise a: and choice b:) Back to the question one: If the User click the second choice > no safety product > no further questions should be ask and the user should see only the “not safety products”. I have make a test guide (site is maintenance mode) and have make like the two steps above, i see no possibility to stop the next question from the guide if the user click the answer (no – i don´t use safety products). If the use click no – i don´t use safety products > the next question comes > but if the user click no > the guide process should be stopped. Or make i something wrong and don´t see a hidden function? best regards

Hi, it´s important for me, that the plugin gets a new feauture. For me it is absolut neccessary that i can select by choices product categories and not only products. I have ask in the comment area after this possiblity but i get the answer that i should contact therefore the support.

We can put this on our roadmap, but now categories are not support for filtering as said.

Can you post the full traceback of these warnings? We do not think this comes from our plugin, but from another plugin or your theme, who also uses Redux, but with old settings options.

Is there a way to make this work with variable products? I have a website that sells hitches for trucks. The products are variable products and I was hoping your plugin would allow me to select the ID for the variation specifically. Otherwise, I’d need to create a separate “simple” product for each of the variations and I don’t think that’s going to be a good option for me to manage.
Does that make sense?
Sorry it only works for simple products, because on the shop overview only simple products show up.

No sorry – we always wanted to develop this, but during GDPR we had not the time for this.
1. Ok, I’m not going to ask for a refund because I really do like this product but I think it needs some additional tweaks/features. But seriously, good job and I look forward to some of the features being added in the future.

2) Do you display variations on your shop page loop? Because normally woo only shows the parent product.
I only show the parent. In the buying guide results, I would like to show the name of the parent product but have the link be like this: https://genyhitch.com/shop/10k-drop-hitch/?attribute_pa_drop=5-offset-drop-4-adjustable-positions&attribute_pa_hitch-options=includes-versa-ball-mount which goes to the parent product and selects the correct variations.

Just bought your plugin but it ha a problem with displaying.
- For some reason on to the next question it does not show the options. https://imgur.com/a/vXq2KDAIn that image you can see it adds or does not remove the display:none
- When do you think we are able to put this option on a special page? I do not want to display it on the main shop page but on a different shop page?
Also, had to clean up a lot of CSS to make the breadcrumb progress bar look normal again.

1) This could happen because the products assigned to your other options do not have this attribute (e.g. the 2 in the screenshot)
2) This is kinda tricky because everything is loaded in categories – we put this on a ticket

Is it possible to have choices that come from categories? Say I have products that have categories for colors, but the colors are not attributes. Is it possible to use those categories to generate choices? Or the only choice if not via attribute would be to manually select the products for a manually entered choice?
The way I see it it could be- Question 3 – Color
- Choices automatically created from child categories of category: Color
or
- Question 3 – Color
- Choices manually created
- Choice 1 – category selected: Black
- Choice 2 – category selected: White
and so on I assume it is not possible. Is it something you would consider for an update? Thanks
